They're really helpful and they made the process of shipping a package really easy for me. It was low stress for me which was really a blessing because of my anxiety.

Have found the staff friendly. I phoned about a parcel that I could not find at my apartment bldg. I finally located it and they called the next day to see if I received it....

Open 7 days a week, have found the staff to be friendly and accommodating although the lines can que up at times. Other than the occasional misplaced junk mail in my po box, have never had much of a problem.
