I had a wonderful experience here this Saturday. I was in Jasper attending a function that was semi formal, and in our haste to leave the house we forgot the garment bag with my dress in it! I did not realize it until the next day (the day of the event) and didn't know what to do so I googled clothing boutiques in the area and Bombshell came up. We showed up right before opening and a wonderful lady helped get me an outfit that may have been even better then the one I had planned originally. She was so helpful and attentive and kind, I wish I had gotten her name! Either way, it turned an awful stressful morning into a great experience and I ended up getting two new outfits out of it because the selection was so great. The price I paid for the two outfits (two tops and two skirts I can mix and match) was honestly phenomenal for the quality of the pieces. I'm so glad to chose this place to come first and next time I am in Jasper will be back to add to my wardrobe!

Poor customer service.I expect this type of service from low quality retailers not expensive boutiques.I had just packed active wear and there was an unexpected chance we would do something “fancy” so in a bind I bought a shirt. The plan didn’t work out and at the hotel trying it on again it wasn’t that flattering, and yeah for the price if I didn’t love it I was ready to return it.When the employee told me there are no returns I asked her why the woman that morning wouldn’t have told me that? I would not have bought it.She told me in a condescending tone that it said it on the receipt.I told her that makes no sense I’ve already bought it when I’m handed the receipt.I said I live so far away and can’t use store credit, and for a tourist location they should disclose this as they’re checking out customers.Honestly her rudeness is why I’m leaving a review she replied “well that would just be a bad way to run my business” …mentioning to buyers you can’t return clothes?Just a bizarre and negative experience. And now I’m stuck with an overpriced shirt I probably won’t wear again.

Customer service at it's best. During a trip to Jasper I was in this store and made a purchase of a sweater that I loved. Once home I thought I should have bought the other one as well and contacted the store. The person assisting me was very helpful , found what I wanted and even offered to pay 1/2 of the shipping to send it to me. When the box came there was a little message "from the mountains with love" My next trip to Jasper I will definitely be back!
