No thanks. Too many things out of order or not working correctly. After about the third apology for something "not available" I backed out of the driveway, never to return.

I try and Support local as much as I can . But this place is the worst from telling me to get out after I wshed my car I was drying it off . There was 6 open bays I could see if I was holding others up but that wasn't the case . Just rude people and another time I was done washing my truck and was walking up to pay and the guy decided to go wash down a bay and left me standing there . With time still ticking on me . I will never go there again when suds in penhold is 100 x better and cheaper as well .

In door garage style . Clean yourself. Found it expensive as you pay a 1.80 per min . To do a quick detail. Being crippled. It came to just under 40.00 .

A bit expensive especially when I live on a gravel road, that said the black trim on my vehicle looked exceptionally streak free when I was done! So overall I was very happy.

Arrived at 7:01 PM with sign on door RV wash door written 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM everyday. Went in and talked to attendant and told me they close RV side at 7 - asked if he could unlock door and he said no. I told him both website and door sign said they were open until 7:30. He replied it didn't matter and they were closed. Told him I would be finished wash before 7:30 - didn't matter, they were closed. Asked for owners phone number and was refused. Went to Olds - 20 minutes away. James, owner of wand wash by the RCMP station in Olds, told me no problem and I could wash there after arriving a 7:39. For what it's worth, go to Olds for your car and truck wash. Would rather deal with business that honors their hours and services their clients. Well done Olds Wand Wash and owner James!

Price is generated for duration it takes rather then amount of times you use the wand. Very expensive

Thought id try this place today. Absolutely absurd i did a quick wash soap, rinse. 11 minutes and when I went to pay ,14 bucks! Thankfully I didnt vacuum or do more it been a 60 buck car clean. I can do the exact same thing at 2a car wash in Olds for 5 bucks. Where ive been going for 3 years. I choose to rinse my own car instead of paying the gas station drive thru prices. Next time ill sit in my car and do that if im not going to Olds.

Worst car wash around.Went there a month ago and the foam brush barely provided any foam or water flow at all.I complained then and they claimed to have “fixed” it.Went there again recently and it was even worse, practically no foam or water flow.I complained again and the attendant scolded me that I hadn’t pushed the green start button.When I showed him that I had he looked at the flow and claimed that it was working fine.He gave me a $2.00 discount off my $20.00 tab after I told him I expected a discount.I told him that the foam brush sucked, and he told me that “there was nothing wrong with the foam, the problem was that my car was covered in dirt”!!Well yeah Einstein, that’s why I was at the car wash and the flow of the foam is irrelevant to the dirtiness of a car!I told him that other car washes provided tons more foam and he told me “Well go back there”.Which is exactly what I will do. Never going back to this one to waste my money.

Washed our truck and 5th wheel. Good pressure, soap okay. Hand brush not working great (as per notice). Wand could be a little longer and the exit wider for large vehicles. Other than this, did a good job getting rid of dirt and bugs.

taking a ticket before you enter your are already timed before you pull in a bay and park. Then fumble to get out and get to the controls, you are already being charged. For a quick car wash n rinse you will pay over $20.

Truck wash many times before new owners took it over and was always happy. I’ve been back twice like I said, since new owners took it over, and I will not return to the truck bays NO presoak now and it seems like it doesn’t give you hardly anything as well as the foam brush you can’t even get around your truck with it without fighting with the hose the whole time

Absolutely garbage service from staff and owners, have given them multiple tries and always the same outcome. They rarely turn the soap on unless you call them out for it and charge for more time than you actually stay. If zero stars was an option thats what this company and staff deserve
