This establishment was closed when we experienced car trouble on our way to Canmore. Fortunately, an employee who had returned from a job late went out of his way to help us, even though he didn’t have to. He was incredibly kind and patient, checking our tires and even getting under the car to identify the issue.

They use to be our place to go, but stay far away unless you want to be ripped off!! Before my appointment, I had a family member get a winter tire estimate for me...I brought my car in to have the rear breaks checked and possibly replaced, oil changed, and have new winter tires ordered in. Now, I should mention the two tire estimates had a difference of $150.90. Red flag #1
Breaks were still good, but apparently, a rear drum was seized, and they would need to replace it soon. Quote for $1497.18. Sounds fishy since I had no concerns. I took my car into oktire to have a second opinion, and they found zero issues. Also got new studded winter tires installed for $760.

Integra in Innisfail are very very good! They helped us with a highway blow out as well as well as cutting down our rusted in spare at no cost. Also gave an estimate life left in remaining three tires-ended up purchasing one.
These guys went well over the top of what I expected. Definitely best tire shop in town!!

I can't thank the staff at Integra enough for taking my vehicle in immediately. Fixed my tire and had me back on the road in 40 mins. Very reasonable price too!!!!!! Kudos for excellent quick and professional service!

Late review… at Christmas time I was passing through in my rental vehicle with my children. Unfortunately, my rental company gave me a vehicle that had horrible tires. One had a slow leak that became problematic on highway 2. Panicked, I googled and found these guys! They helped me out, calmed my nerves and sent me on my way with a treat! Outstanding customer service!
