  They have the filthiest bathroom. Guys standing behind till could spend time cleaning. The coffees place must have poor sanitation issues. I would never get a coffee or food.

  Incompetent arrogant staff.
  We all make mistakes, it’s understandable. Other thing is to make a mistake and instead of apologizing, be outright arrogant and lazy about it ! I bought a 100$ gift card, but they never activated it. When I came later to use it they denied any kind of liability. Manager was totally not interested in helping the customer and was outright rude !
  I spent over an hour of my time on the phone and writing emails to Shell customer service to get my hard earn money back!
  I’m not coming back to this station anymore ! Plenty better places in Hinton who know how to treat customers !!

  Terrible set up if you have a trailer. Parking lot is too small and busy to manoeuvre safely with a trailer. Don’t waste your time stopping here.

  I Usually always have a great quick experience but this time the debit machine wasn’t working and the guys was acting like it was my fault and seemed annoyed when I asked to re start the machine. I checked my card amount incase and it was fine as I paid for a taxi 2 mins after, but that’s not the point, I understand technology fails sometimes but be nice about it and understand it could be a tech issue and don’t blame the customer. I work customer service and know that it could of been handled so many better ways then passing blame. Thank you.

  Filled up on May 27th, two cars before going into the mountains and both cars had Check Engine Lights within 15 minutes. Weird coincidence but the only thing in common was both cars fueled here. Waiting to go back to Edmonton to check the codes.

  This place is running a scam. I spent $50 on snacks and drinks for our trip to BC. Half of the stuff we bought apparently doesn't scan so the guy scanned a bunch of other things we bought multiple time. I asked for til receipt, had scanned 1 small bag of chips 6 time and a small bag of cheezys 5 times. I asked him what was going on he went onto explain, the $7 beef Jerry bag doesn't scan so he scanned a 2$ bag of chips 4x to account for the Jerry cause the Jerry is $8 with tax.... ugh tax on $7 is 35cents and why are you charging me the tax before the total where the tax is then charged. So they are charging the tax twice and 65cent extra just because. I asked why not just punch in the correct amount into the register he said then it goes to Shell Corp. So the owner requires it done this way. Ripping people off and hoping not to get caught, and use language barrier to hide behind.

  I like going there honestly my house is just a few blocks away but one thing stop me from going there sometimes is because when this dude Amar staff is there working he is arrogant and a show off i dont like him seing in there maybe just move him somewhere else because he is not good for your business…Like the other day i went there to have my free play lottery and he charge me for the extra not even asking me if i want to pay the extra dollar he just charge me for it right away…
