“The absolute, hands-down, most positive banking experience I have ever had in decades of often frustrating banking!!! Amanda Richards, branch manager, had handled my request for an overseas payment matter. She must have did 1000 steps to handle my issue, with brevity, politeness and always with a smile. I had to check my watch to see what decade I was in as I thought I was back in the 1980's; where bankers treated people, as people, not as sheep. ATB should hire Amanada to teach, Alberta-wide, all the tellers/managers on how to do exceptional service - coupled with a 300% pay raise and Maybach car for the road. ATB Hinton has a gem of a person working for them!”
