Recently had a bad experience with one of the locations and they have no interest in making things right. I was banned because someone else was shoplifting, I did have stuff that I purchased from Value Village with me as I take the city transit so I couldn’t just leave my stuff outside and they assumed the stuff was theirs as I left the same time the shoplifter did right at closing time. Even after showing them proof my stuff was purchased elsewhere, they just told me to never return. I messaged this page about the issue and was basically told to contact Value Village to sort it out.. not exactly sure how they figure Value Village is able to do as they are a completely different establishment.
They are also overpriced and sell stolen property (shopping baskets from superstore)

Organized and mostly free of broken items. It's a pretty large space with plenty of curiosities in the glass cabinets. Something for everyone.

Good products but no chances given for a deal. Found a blazer worth 80 but priced at 200. Unreasonable pricing

RIP OFF! Terrible high prices, this is a scam! Non-profit? More like pure profit! Shampoo bottles that are open and cost more than the new ones at Walmart? $35 for a warm blanket? Better be rich if you want to be warm this winter! This place is a joke do NOT go here. Salvation Army? More like Salvation Greedy !

Things are WAY too overpriced here, especially for a place where the less fortunate go to SAVE MONEY! I'm pissed off! This is wrong.

Ridiculous prices, management is not professional at all.She is a lier and has no idea how to run a store. I have been purchasing things from Thrift Store for years because I like helping out. Stay away from this store location.Whoever is in charge of the pricing should be ashamed of herself, or fired.

Why buy it brand new at Dollarama when you can pay 20% more for a used one at Salvation Army?

FAIRLY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. STAFF WERE WONDERFUL. ONLY COMPLAINT IS NOT HAVING A CHANGE ROOM. SO IF IT DOESN'T FIT, THEY OFFER A STORE CREDIT BUT TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED AND YOU HAVE 14DAYS TO RETURN WITH RECEIPT. SO IF I RETURNED SOMETHING, USED STORE CREDIT TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE THAT DOESN'T FIT, THEN I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS AGAIN WHICH TAKES TIME AND USE OF MY GAS GOING BACK AND FORTH

Not sure why everything is being organized by color on the shelves but you can't find anything anymore. Even if you're just browsing around its like you can't see because everything in that section is the exact same color. Youre missing out on things you're actually looking for and would have bought because its a jumbled mess of red / blue / green... I find myself just walking through the isle and leaving without buying anything most if the time now.

Seniors have 10% off every day. I was there a few times in the past month and everytime I got the discount. Some of the treasures you find are UNBELIEVABLE!!! This place is very well organized, clean & full of surprises!!!
