Very friendly staff. I've been coming here for about 7+ years, when I make appointments, every single time they're all so helpful and very informative.Big shout out to Armida, who's been the one helping me recently, she's extremely patient and helpful, also Clint who seems to be doing a great job at managing this branch.

Staff are excellent at this location. Cathy and Clint should probably be running a bigger bank or further up the management chain. My advice would be for TD to give all the staff a bigger location in a strip mall setting, so they can grow TD’s business in High River. I have dealt with a lot of banks and TD is the best in Canada by far. Thank you so much for caring in your service it’s becoming a rare breed in business these days.

Thank you to the blond lady with the accent (sorry I didn't get your name) at the HighRiver branch. Went in to ask a simple question and use the debit machine, actually gave me an excellent suggestion which can save me some money and Armida was able to make it happen without any hassles or stress.

Great staff and I always feel welcome and respected when I come in, they have plenty of staff to serve everyone for such a small town. Okotoks TD branch can't compare.

I have had to deal with several banks lately. Time and again High River TD staff has gone above and beyond to assist me. Though I had no intention of using their service once the current project was completed, they have won me over. It wasn't one staff member during one visit. It was multiple people during many visits. They seem to all excel in customer service. Impressed!

I have had nothing but problems with this bank since I opened my account less than 1 year ago. I can't count how many things they screwed up. The last straw, they were to set up my bank transfers for me and promised someone would get a hold of me in 48 hours. After 2 months, no call. When I talked to the manager he was very arrogant and basically told me "tough bananas".

Been with TD for 12 years now it's pretty brutal , everything with them is a struggle and they sure don't act like they want your business . They don't do a thing to keep me here . Pretty hard for a working single father to get in there when they are are only open 9-5
