I was in the store today (Feb 4, 2022). They don't wear masks and don't have splash guards. I didn't buy what I wanted. I prefer to buy locally but Amazon follows protocols.

Ran in to get some parts for my fathers car and needed help with the 10 minutes it would have taken them to install. Instead, I was met with a “we don’t do any installs here” and was sent on my way. Customer service was atrocious. Front desk lady needs to learn to smile.

These guys are awesome we messed around with wipers from Canadian Tire and ended up buying through Napa. The staff were so friendly when I showed up and even installed them for me at no cost would highly recommend great products and great staff!
