My expectations have been threatened by Ford recently, where dealerships are concerned.
Imagine not being able to roll up to a dealership and get an oil change same day, If thats how you chose to waste your money.

Southern Alberta Ford dealership employees from the broom to the boardroom, should be ashamed of themselves, and not bother cashing their pay cheques this week; but we are talking about High River Ford right now.

In a world of words, they still use good old fashioned action at High River Ford. They did what they said they were going to do, went one extra step, and didn't even mention it; I had to notice for myself. I was floored!

I wasn't disappointed when I left and I feel like it changed my life.

I've got big plans for the Powerboost (equally as life changing) and it NEVER included the "stealership"

High River Ford has me itching to give them my money and that's an unfamiliar feeling.

Thank you, guy who's name escapes me and dude that worked on the vehicle, whom I never met, but cared enough to do something that wasnt on the list because it was the right thing to do.

My fondest career memories were at the dealership! I enjoy the smell, and the idea of the family visit to the dealership on the weekend, or what it used to be.

Find a better way, or we are all just going find a better way of our own and the Ford dealership may just go the way of blockbuster. Shame.”

“Good friendly service. Honest business who actually care about their customers. Canadian Tire on 130th Ave in Calgary quoted me to fix alignment and replace a bunch of parts (tire rod and bearings) after they did an initial alignment and said they needed to do more work to complete alignment. I wanted a second quote after Canadian Tire charged me a ton of money to change breaks. Upon referral from a family member took my car to TAC, who reviewed the quote and previous work and checked the car out. 3 quarters of the work quoted by Canadian Tire didn’t need to be done. Had to pay a fraction of the cost quoted by Canadian Tire in Calgary to fix my car/do alignment!”

“Honestly this whole team deserves some sort of medal or something much better. Today I was working in High River 1.5 hours from home when my vehicle started to leak two different fluids. I was in a panic as i wasn't sure if it was even safe to drive home. I stopped at this location right before closing and the team looked at my vehicle and fixed it up well enough to get home and let me know what going on with it without complaint. If I lived in High River I'd 100% be back to support them with any and all vehicle needs. They are truly the most kind mechanic shop team I've have ever dealt with. Thank you!
