as acting POA for my mother, this bank does not allow me to do normal things within the law that other banks do allow. Causes a lot of headache and delays. For this specifically, other banks do far better

Very rude! I am waiting for 1 hour by phone to discuss and when he pick up.the call not even 2 minutes for conversation he ended the call even if I am still talking. Fyi he is not a canadian the way he speak. That agent not to deserve working in TD Bank.

What a horrible customer service experience where you have to stay in line for hours to reach out to their only 3 cashier's to do banking, time to change the bank!!
