Restrooms were very dirty. Toilet paper rolls were not inside the dispenser. Toilet paper rolls were dirty too.
When I informed store supervisor. Store supervisor didn’t bothered.
Come on Superstore, Grand Prairie you can do better.

Today I was at self checkout,there was an older lady with Grey short hair working there.I tried twice to get her attention, from yelling excuse me and waving my hand to patiently waiting,she was deliberately ignoring me and when she did acknowledge me thefirst time..first she stopped to help someone else after she finally acknowledged me...she was not busy and just to be a see you next Tuesday she stops and smirks and helps someone else...I got a lecture about how the machine doesn't recognizes the 30 % off ..ok how am I supposed to know that as a customer..it's your job to help without the lecture...then the second time she was beside me I was waiting looking at her as the buns would not scan...she brushed by me and ignored me again...thats when I got mad and went to a regular till where there was a nice lady willing to help without the attitude....What is it out here in GP ..pick and choose when we feel like giving good customer service? I mean I was trying to find maxi pads all i could see was poise...so I asked a heavy set man..politely and I got it's right there over the aisle of vitamins...what 4 aisles over...you couldn't get off the floor and help me?I've been walking around for 10 mins trying to find them...last thing i want to do is ask where these prosucts are...Thanks for showing me during my difficulties and disabilities how selfish society is and how customers are nothing.Its no wounder so many people seem angry and are self entitled these days.Customers fend for your own.Just because we live in the middle of no where does not mean customer service should be less than anywhere else.Very disappointed .

It was absolutely busy in the store and only 4 actual cashiers. I waited in line for 20 minutes.
Stop pushing your self checkout agenda. It’s complete BS. You want us to do the work for you, give us an employee discount.

Lately, superstore has been getting obsurd with prices on things. For example, their small ketchup and cheapest is right around $5 and the large around 7..... but did you know that at Giant Tiger, you can get a large ketchup for under $3!!! Cause yeah... I'll buy one instead of two for the same price .....
[Just for an example; there's far more comparisons to be made like meats, rice, pasta and other ridiculously priced items]

I understand everyone needs jobs
I get it
But not all freaking foods are based on Asian and Indian preference
Maybe someone could get someone white in there also and stock shelves for everyone not the select few.
This store gets more pathetic each visit

Review is one star simply because that’s the lowest I can pick, this is for the online grocery order system. Never ready when they say it will be when placing an order, off by multiple hours a couple times already and they won’t give you an idea when it will be ready either….

Placed a PC express order and selected the time available. I showed up on time during my timeslot and 55 min later still no groceries. When i called for the second time they said the shopper didnt finish, just left it so my order was never completed. I could have done my own shopping in that time. Complete waste of time and money.

if there was 0 star option i would go with that's. it's really such a bad behaviour as Manager from BRANDA she was rude and kinda raciest. She didn't even look into my problem . just start acting like she owns superstore.

Store is picked through by 10am every morning nearly, if you show up after 11:30 am good luck getting produce or fruit. Meat prices fluctuate $10-$20 every week on beef and chicken for less than quality cuts. The store is constantly out of staple items for the household and pantry. You would think with a name “Superstore” it would be a place for all your needs but we constantly find the shelves empty or lacking a price tag for the items you want. Super depressing is more like it. *****PRICE GOUGING IN EFFECT*****
