“My hubby and I went Sunday afternoon. He needed the full get up for an upcoming wedding.. (pant/jacket, dress shirt, shoes, socks, ties, belt ... everything!) The young man who helped us was amazing. He found him the perfect suit, helped us accessorize and not once did we feel rushed or like we were annoying. He even tied his ties so we wouldn't struggle doing it on the day of! Was such an excellent experience. The following day is where we kinda had an issue.he returned to exchange the suit jacket for a larger size. The lady working was unpleasant.. It was clear she didn't want him there because "it's a monday" (her words when he asked how are you.. ) he told her the jacket is a bit tight and would like to try a different size. she went and grabbed the next size up, wouldn't even let him touch the jacket, and brought it to the front to start ringing it through. he had to ask her to try it on to be sure it fits. She was clearly annoyed by this and scoffed. He felt like he was burdening her by being there... Honestly, I'm glad we went on the Sunday because if we went while she was there, I can guarantee she would not have been helpful like her coworker the day prior and we would of walked out and went to Moores. Otherwise, we loved this store and the help we received.”
“I stopped in to pick up straw bales. They have such beautiful clothing and a wide selection of merchandise. My sister and I had fun trying on cowboy hats. The staff were so friendly, and joking and laughing with the cashier was refreshing. Next time I go there I spend more time shopping.”
“So I went to this store today. My expirience shopping here is excellent. I never met someone like them before and on other store. They helped me through the process of choosing and selecting stuff for the event I am planning to attend to.
I forgot their names but I'll never forget what they did to me today. They boost my confidence and made felt safe. They never judge me and also they serve me with smile on their faces.
I would love to visit this store again if I want to feel good about myself.

“Visited store twice to return same item bought online (first time shoes do not fit; second time, item fit finally but didn’t do job as described). The team was patient to process / exchange return. Didn’t buy anything but was please how they handled the situation.”
