This is regarding their Service Dept. I brought my 2018 Tiger 800 in for work because it wouldn't start. The Service writer Kim was great to deal with and the tech explained everything to me. No issues there. There was 3 hours of labour on the bill (which I have no problem with) and the Shop Supplies charge was $64.35............SHOP SUPPLIES. After calling the dealership, they explained that they charge 13% of their shop rate which is $165/h for SHOP SUPPLIES which turns out to be $21.45/h. So to me it's all a smoke and mirrors with the SHOP SUPPLIES charge. They are actually charging customers $186.45/h for service. Not honest at all with their SHOP SUPPLIES rate as I have never been charged SHOP SUPPLIES like this before, usually a flat rate for no more that $5-20 for the whole duration of the service. It's too bad because I do like the dealership and the people I have dealt with there so far. Hopefully they address this charge in the future and make a change.

You have a page on your site for customers to submit inquiries, how about responding to them.
Edit in response to the owners reply: I emailed and still got no reply. It seems the only response you provide is to Google reviews to show how amazing your customer service is in your mind.

Good luck getting in touch with anyone from the parts department. Called and called all day and no answer. Goes to voicemail. No return call. Walked in there and no customers at parts counter so I walked right back out. Called Gaudins Honda and got answered and helped right away.

I wanted a specific motorcycle. and GP Motorsports Alberta had the only one I could find close to me in Canada. I am in BC, which posed a challenge. I made contact with Viraj and he helped me constantly throughout the process.
We did the entire deal, with text, email and phone and I bought the bike sight unseen. Viraj also provide shipping options. The bike was delivered to my home in a dry secure van. The van had a wheel chock and proper tie downs. Bob delivered it to me and it was perfect, no scratches or anything. Brand new as promised.
Thanks Viraj, Bob, Carrie and the whole team for helping me find the perfect motorcycle for me.

I went in to see about trading my wife’s 2014 sportster in 10,000 km nice paint job that is unique and geared to the lady’s mostly. Had my eye on a 250 trail bike that would suit the whole family, they steered me to the last years model of a hwy/dirt bike. Ok fine that will work… they offered 5000 only for a trade in and this exact bike is ranging in price at dealers and online for 8,000 to 9,500 . I counter offered 6500 they said they’d get back to me. The next day I went in and chatted some more with the sales guy and he came back with a number of 6,000 with the difference owing of 900 or so on the next bike so I said yup, he then said I had to bring it over (meanwhile it’s at Noah’s cycle for sale on commission, decent guy) so the sales guy at Honda said to me if that bike is what you say it is we’ll do a deal after it’s mechanically inspected.
So I agreed and went to Noah’s cycle and paid him off for what he had to do (they inspected it also and it’s good)
Hauled the bike to Honda and the sales guy came out and said the tires are cupped (they absolutely were not) then he said those are probably the original tires , we can’t do 6000 ,said nope there’s no cupping even the new tire knobby strings are still on it , I re explained the tires were put on new in 2022 and rode maybe 2000 km, then he got pushy and said take it to top gear and across the road and get the tires looked at they’ll say the same thing. I said haha that’s who put them on I can get you a receipt . Then the guy said ohhh you told me it was a 1200 not an 883 , we can’t do 6000 for sure . Now im getting pissed off , and said you just waisted my effing time. So he walked in the store and said hang on he’s gotta re do his numbers , I said I’m not going lower then he said they’re not interested in a trade. This cheap sales guy says he’s been at it 20 years but doesn’t look a day older then 30 ffs , his game was to get me to get the bike there to get me to cave in for a lower price what a waste of my time . Watch out folks on your trades! These guys like to steal and take advantage of nice people.

After being ignored by 5 different Edmonton dealers, and a local dealer telling me to buy somewhere else I ended up here at GP Honda Motorsports. Submitted an online request and Viraj got back to me in record time even when the store was closed. Went in the next day, had a chat and bought the bike. The team at GP Honda Motorsport made the whole process super easy and transparent. Not once did I feel uncomfortable and I'll happily refer others to the dealership. Viraj is your guy, don't hesitate to get in contact! They make it easy!

I noticed some cracks while changing my air filter on the air box to throttle body hose of my 2012 civic. after removing it I see that it is after market Dormer made in china. Looked on amazon to see the cost. Then phone Gp Honda and the original heavy built part was less than the Dormer. Not sure who put on the dormer. (Bought car second hand) But would not recommend buying this critical part from them. Three open cracks on the flex ribs allowing dirt to go directly unfiltered into the engine. The people were awesome to order from ad deal with at Honda

I had my car booked in at 7:30am for an oil change/maintenance, when I called to book I was told it would be done by 8:30am. On the day of when I hadn’t received a call that it was finished by 8:45am I called and was told that their tech doesn’t start work until 8:30am so there was no way for my car to be done at 8:30. I was told a call centre handles their calls/appointment bookings so I understand that it must have been a miscommunication on their end, but it was still very frustrating as I had planned to only be about 20 mins late for work but ended up being an hour and a half late since my car wasn’t finished until 9:30am. Everyone I’ve dealt with in person at the dealership is super great, but this was still a pretty irritating situation.
