“The Napa location in Grande Prairie dropped the ball and "misplaced" my prepaid order and made a mess of my trip. Thankfully a tow company I ran into suggested to call up Pat's Auto Supply and not only did they get me more parts for my truck that Napa didn't have in stock but they actually did it for less money than the smaller order that I had with Napa. Didn't quite catch the guys name on the phone but he immediately started getting into troubleshooting the issues I was having with my truck and was very knowledgeable about my '93 F-150. I will be using these guys for all my runs and future car revivals when I'm up in that area of Alberta.”

“They do phenomenal work, always happy with what they do.
Only issue I've had is we agreed for some extra work to be done on another area of the vehicle while the insurance job was getting done (Quoted us a great price since the paint was already out for the insurance job). When the job was done and called to inform us, they told us the other work was not done and that they didn't know that we wanted that done. They offered to give us a discount for the other work but wasnt near the price they had first quoted us.
In the end, they are amazing at what they do. But if you want any extras done, make sure you get it in writing.”

Now I did not order and rush out to get it, as I was ordering from a different town, but once I did go to retrieve my purchase, the process was quick, easy and the staff were friendly and on the ball. “You know it’s hard to read negative reviews with out knowing the full story so I always take them with a grain of salt, but when it comes to NAPA all I can say is I always go there and the people are highly knowledgeable and truly have helpful tips or provide valuable and educational information. I’ve never had issues finding what I need, go and pick it up, leave learning something new or tips and tricks to help me in the future. I think our society is a little spoiled and we expect only the best quality service everywhere because that’s what we pay for. however we also have a duty as customers to ask the right questions, remain calm and respectful that way we can usually work things out. Today I had Kevin help me and he was outstanding, knew exactly what I was looking I left reassured I was buying the right part, I mean that’s the best and top of my expectations”
