Very pleased with the service they provided regarding the wheel alignment. There were a couple parts that needed replacing though however it drives and steers like a dream now, definitely an improvement. Would have given 5 stars but I'm curious to see if any abnormal tire wear occurs down the road although they indicated to bring it back if any problems do develop.

Had a great experience. I asked some pretty technical questions and so Michaela had the tech call me. Derek talked to me about everything I wanted to know.The problem with my car was actually a known issue and was given an extended warranty that had just expired. He gave me the TSB number and all the info he had gathered and recommended I pursue it through Ford Canada to see if I could get it covered before he replaced it.Derek had the opportunity to hide what he had found but instead did everything in his power to save me $800. That shows true integrity and that is why I will take all my service work to him.

Used this to get a new exhaust and diff service. They didn’t have the proper equipment to do my exhaust in one day and I had to take more time off work to pick it up the next day, even booked it 2 weeks ahead to make sure it would be done in one day. They forgot to add in the right fluid and additive into my diff and it was grinding really bad. I won’t be using them again the service and exhaust job was not even that great. I will not be recommending them to anyone absolutely horrible experienceService: Exhaust

This is a wonderful family run shop! I went in with a funny noise coming from my car and they came and took a look right away! The owner offered me coffee and a chocolate bar while I waited. It was a simple fix and they said no charge! I highly recommend this place! They are honest and could have easily charged me for the minor repair!

Tried to get a wheel alignment for my truck. Went in for my appointment, they asked me to push it back to the next day, then they called the next day and pushed it back two hours later than my appointment date. I work a full time job and have to squeeze in appointments between my work. I found the gentleman working the desk to be very unpersonable. I try to shop local and give smaller shops a chance. But I will not be using Minute Muffler again.
