“(5 stars for customer service, minus one for the car wash being closed and the tech not being up to snuff)The pump had an unfortunate glitch of not printing my receipt... BUT I just wanted to say that although crap happened... I want to commend Trey for single handedly handling the customer line up like a boss while juggling trouble shooting the missing receipt. And Jake for eventually getting a copy of my lost receipt printed for me. They were both really apologetic and helpful. Thanks for putting in the effort to make it happen guys. I have had previous places just say they can't find it and shrug so I appreciate that they didn't just write me off like that.”
