Employees have really bad customer service they act like it's such a burden to do their job.
As well the old lady who delivers parts is always complaining everytime I see her about having to run parts.
If you don't like your job find another one, pathetic!

Had a very good experience at Napa Auto parts in Fort Saskatchewan.
Without going into too much detail, I had an issue with some fuel injectors that I purchased there (they were refurbished) and I had to return them.
After a brief conversation of what the issue was they understood and offered a full refund.
Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous to deal with.
What could've been a nightmare to have to explain or "fight" with other suppliers instead became a quick easy resolution.
I'll be coming here more often for the parts I need. Very impressed.

Honestly good quality parts , but pricing compared to part source is not worth it. Also price tags on the shelves don’t match up with what you pay.

Absolutely outstanding customer service at this NAPA location. I cannot rave about them enough. They went above and beyond to help me, even calling the dealership my vehicle was at to get a battery delivered so I wouldn't have to deal with that portion of things. Give them all the business!

The guys that work here know their stuff! Pretty funny to chat with also which is a nice bonus. They had what I needed for my oil change!

Prices are usually lower than a dealership and higher then everywhere else, the employees are extremely rude and often don't want to help you if they have to lift a finger to do so, good selection on parts but my last resort if I need something.

Have seen some lazy and incorrect work done at this location; make sure you double check your part numbers they are often wrong. I have told them the exact part number they have repeated it back to me and when I go in I'm looking at a different part with a different part number only to then after explaining multiple times do I get the correct part with the correct part number. Strange...but they have what you are looking for eventually.(update 4 stars not 3 however there were many workers standing around talking while I paitantly waited by the till.

Earlier this week I went in for a part exchange as the one I had previously purchased stopped working. They did not have the part in when I gave them a call but quickly got the part in within a couple of hours. I believe the name of the person that had helped me was Jonas. Very friendly and quick service. The exchange was a very easy process and I will definitely be back!

Went there for a starter for a quad. Was told they don't have it and can't look it up in there system. Literally every other Napa has is. Went to Sherwood Napa and got it no problem.
