My teen and I went into this location quite excited to buy some boots and jeans and was greeted at the door but honestly that was probably one of the nicer things that happened there… only one employee younger brunette helped us I was literally standing there with a pair of jeans in my hand waiting for the older employee to stop chatting with her younger employees about where she was going to take them . I literally had to say excuse me !!! I was looking for sizes of jeans and boots and they all seen me and needing help I felt like we were putting them out to help us
They did the bare minimum and continued to chat with each other including the older lady working there and from seeing from all the reviews here it’s a common thing that’s happening at that lammles … I did contact by email lammles and they were very apologetic and offered us a gift card which was nice but I definitely even with that, would rather travel to west ed mall out of my way to spend that there
Very poor customer service will not go back there again

Worst location in the area. Rude employees. Will gladly drive to south side or west end locations but will not be back to this location. Do not reccomend.

I have spent close to 1000$ at this store and will not be returning to this location. I went in today to get a sale deal on a pair of jeans I bought 6 days ago. Any other business I've shopped at would gladly, with the receipt(which I had and even brought the jeans in) refund then repurchase to get the discount. Everyone there made a big stink over I needed the tags attached to return. I was only returning to repurchase them and save 53$ so I don't see the big deal. They're not putting these products back on the shelf or I totally understand needing the tags on. I called another lammles and they said all I needed was the receipt and they would do it no problem but this store made a huge issue over it. I know for a fact I was talked about when I left there. Horrible customer service! It was like pulling teeth but they did give me the refund with attitude from all 4 girls working there.

Went to buy boots for the family but was disappointed in the prices. Should have some sort of discount card or rewards. Couldn't justify spending over 1k on gear. My daughter found the exact boots in kids section for 100 bucks cheaper!

Have been to this location twice. Always staff standing around and chatting with each other but not willing to help. After collecting over $500 of merchandise my young son needed to use a washroom and was told not possible for public so I put the stuff back. Will never be returning to this location again and would suggest to the ownership some staff training.

Lammle's is an experience. Always. Never be rushed. Take your time. The outfitters are well trained and friendly. The clothes are top quality and practical. Worth the trip to town.

I was only greeted the second time I went in as the first time I had some upset children and had to go outside for a minute. Not a single person offered to help me at all. I was just stared at. After paying I said have a good day and got a relenting “you too” as she walked away.

I have shopped all other Lammle's location in and around Edmonton and found this location to be the worst. It felt like me and my partner where under constant surveillance, like I had to ask permission to touch something, or heaven forbid add it to my pile of clothes. Did not feel welcomed at all
