I have always have had great speedy friendly service here. Always kept my in the loop what needs to be done what could be done and never have never felt any pressure for services. My recent tire going flat all of the sudden was a quick fix and took me in right away. They also do a general inspection which showed some work that could be done to save a more expensive cost in the future for one of my leaky shocks. A reasonable quote was provided but no pressure at all. For great a neighborhood local service center they are top notch and I highly recommend them for all your service needs!

Disappointed. I buy my tires from Kal tire. Never had an issue before. I have a slow leak on a tire. I show up at 330 pm looking for a repair and got turned away. So I drove to Edmonton and got great service from another Kal tire location. Worth the trip to go to the city now

Would not go back and would not recommend others go here. The wheel weights popped off loading them into the truck, the steel rims are very cheap and deform easy where the lug nut mating surface is. I’ve tried dealing with customer service and have not had any issues resolved, every time I go back there is something new to deal with.The Nokian tires work fine and the staff can be nice people so it’s not all bad.

Terrible service! This was the second time I have come here to switch my tires over and both times have been beyond disappointing. I thought maybe the first time was an off day for them but after today it is very apparent that this is just how they conduct their business. I was quoted 90 minutes for the change over, after an hour of waiting my vehicle still hadn’t been moved into a bay. I had to go and ask for a time frame which they seemed surprised it was still outside. (So they just completely forgot about me?) You are better off going anywhere else unless you want to completely waste an afternoon.

Went to Kal tire to get my tire fixed. They had it done in a timely manor and Aden and Emily were very kind and helpful. Not all tire shops have been this way for me.

I would recommend Kal Tire in Fort Saskatchewan . The service was top-notch. I had winter tires put on a (wheel alignment and new -windshield wiper blades put on.
The manager, Josh Sabbagh who was very helpful to me .Being a senior,I was very confident with what he recommended.
All his staff very knowledgeable friendly, polite and I felt they were very honest I asked what time the car would be ready and they said in 90 minutes and it was under 90 minutes . I was encouraged to sit relax and have a beverage.
I just moved into a Fort Saskatchewan,5 months ago. Very happy to have phoned Kal tire.

Took my vehicle in to have tires mounted on rims and put back on.Got a phone call from someone working on it, saying my shocks are all toast and my brake pads were close to failure point. And asking if they wanted them to take care of that for me at the time.Had a mechanic friend check both reported issues. Only 1 shock needed to be changed, and the brake pads were at 85% pad left.Not sure if they tried to scam me because I'm a woman, or if they try and scam everyone.Would not recommend.

They had a technician driving my standard truck that did NOT know how to drive a standard, they also could not crack my wheel nuts to replace my tires. So I wasted two hours, drove 45 minutes and had someone UN-TRAINED grinding gears in my truck… when I voiced my concerns to the employees working behind the counter they did not seem to care. And would not do anything to resolve the issue. I asked if they where happy having a customer leave un pleased and they said they did not care. I took my business down the road to FOUNTAIN TIRE and was in and out in less than 1 hour !

Good welcoming energy in here.They don’t try and rip you off. Honest work. Appreciated these guys getting my tires in last minute.Kal tire>Canadian tire for sure.
