I wish all online buying experiences would be like that! Excellent service, communication and no surprises! Parts nicely packaged and very reasonable shipping fees. I wish I was closer so I could buy stuff in person but I'm impressed! Jeff even answered me over the phone in French as I don't speak English too well! :-)

The lady at the counter gave me a different price than the one I was quoted online, better call the customer service, don’t go to the store, they will try to upsell you.

Giving them 1 star was generous. Unless you are absolutely desperate for a part and they're the last place on earth that have it, don't waste your money! The "warranty" they claim to have are just empty words. They don't stand behind the parts they sell. They'll be more than happy to SELL you another one to replace it though. Their condescending tone they use to explain how the industry works is infuriating. Just another slimy scap yard!

Same problem as Jameson Smith, check out his review below. Was not told about return policy at the time of sale and was scammed out of $2800. These guys are not here to help. Highly recommend avoiding this terrible business.

One star is not low enough, these scam artists sell faulty parts and “claim” they have videos of the parts working before hand but they cant show you them. They should not be allowed to be in business and I will he reporting them to the correct people.

Horrendous business to business service!!! We are an independent repair facility a province away from them and have been in business since 1975. I have worked for our company for over a decade and have never experienced such terrible business to business service and being an ICBC accredited facility we purchase a lot of used parts; we know where we will NOT be purchasing from ever again!We purchased a used ECM from Hall's and they sold it to us without informing of us that they had a "Final Sale" policy on electronics. As soon as we received it we installed it and immediately we called in telling them it did not work and our truck wouldn't fire. They expressed that there is no way it could be the ECM because it came out of running truck. Honoring this we had 3 of our Red Seal diagnostic technicians each spend time on the vehicle and an ECM specialist from another company come in and all led to the same conclusion that the ECM was the issue. We lost over 8 hours of our technician time and cost for the independent contractor to come to our facility for all to come to the conclusion that the ECM was the issue. The ECM contractor was fortunately able to repair the original ECM and upon installation the truck fired up with zero issue. After calling Hall's with this information we were met with arrogance and a total lack of willingness to provide us any support. We offered to ship them the ECM back at our cost as they were confident it was good and so we could get a refund and they refused. They admitted to not telling us about a final sale policy during the transaction but as soon as there was an issue with the part they went right to saying "it says it on the invoice" and then accusing us of damaging the ECM! Regardless of it coming out of a running truck, it didn't work in ours. Of course they would only take payment by eTransfer so we have no protection or recourse that we would have had paying with VISA to issue a charge back. We now have a $1500 ECM sitting in our office we can't use, with no recourse and are out substantially more money in what we had to spend on tech time and paying an independent contractor.We will be filing this with the BBB, the AARDA and pursuing legal action for reimbursement of not only the ECM but all other associated costs we have incurred through this process purely based on principle. This is not how business should be conducted.
