I've had a ton of work done on my truck and my old car here as well. I've had to come back a few times for work on faulty parts installed or not enough coolant put in after a job was done to fill up to the cold line... these things happen sometimes and they always do take care of it. I often get the sense that the staff wants you in and out as quickly as possible and you get the sense that they feel burdened by any concerns brought up. Ron the service Manager is okay to deal with but he doesn't want to talk at all, just stares at his computer while you explain what you're thinking and then gives little to no feed back while I'm standing there trying to pick his brain a bit . Anyways , they generally do good work but they could try and be a little more personable and at least pretend to care about their customers concerns.

Wow, amazing service today. Front brakes on my Subaru started acting up ,on the last business day of the year. Todd tracked down some parts (he even shopped around for better quality at a fair price) and got me back on the road . Shop was immaculate a very professional setting. Thanks to everyone there.

When changing over to my winter tires I was super annoyed to find the valve stem was loose and needed to be replaced.Front desk was super helpful, and had my stem changed out in 5 minutes. super grateful!

If your looking for customer service I would go elsewhere. I have called three times to try to figure out my rebate for the tires I have purchased this year, the information they have provided has still not helped me get my rebate. I brought two trucks in to this location to have tires done this year. Needless to say Kal tire will be getting the rest of my fleet this year.

This is an awesome shop for all of your vehicle needs. They're helpful, thorough and always save you money whenever they can. They never over charge or try to perform needless tasks. This is our go to for anything to do with our vehicles.

I came here after leaving another tire shop down the road with a bad taste in my mouth….. FOUNTAIN TIRE had my truck in, tires replaced and did what the other shop couldn’t do in about an hour ! Great customer service along with COMPETENT technicians are two things that will have me come back. Props to fountain tire.

Got 2 new tires on front as one I had broken chords. Had existing tires rebalanced as well. Found it strange I had to recalibrate tire pressure monitoring upon starting the car. Drove to Edmonton aster work was done. Car wandered and had a shimmy. Checked air pressures one at 32, one at 39 one at 26 and one at 22. Terrible workmanship. Had front’s rebalanced the next day. Staff was pissy to do it.

Needed a new belt from the travel. Workers got me in right away, the team worked hard to find a part for my vehicle (new kia model)Nothing but awesome customer service. Price fit in our budget. Definitely recommend!!

The second time here this summer from BC. First was a flat. They fixed it right away. Came in for a retorque. Jumped on it right away. Good shop.

They don’t listen to the customer.They are expensive.Told them not to rotate tires, they did anyway. ( I already had done it)Charged me for brake inspection, but never fixed the brakes.I also change my block heater cord, which I never asked for them to doOlder fellow was ignorant.Do not recommend
