(5 stars for customer service, minus one for the car wash being closed and the tech not being up to snuff)The pump had an unfortunate glitch of not printing my receipt... BUT I just wanted to say that although crap happened... I want to commend Trey for single handedly handling the customer line up like a boss while juggling trouble shooting the missing receipt. And Jake for eventually getting a copy of my lost receipt printed for me. They were both really apologetic and helpful. Thanks for putting in the effort to make it happen guys. I have had previous places just say they can't find it and shrug so I appreciate that they didn't just write me off like that.

Used to be fantastic. New owners took over within the last year and it’s steadily gone downhill. Car wash is closed more than it’s open, it’s rare to have anyone come out to the full service pumps, and staff isn’t nearly as friendly.

This was the best service station in fort saskatchewan. It has slowly become the worst. This is so sad to see, Coop was a brand I once believed in. Sad sad story. The manager should be fired immediately disgraceful. On a positive note please drop off your applications for managers position.

This gas bar has gone entirely self serve. It was the only full service option, and as a disabled person, this was really necessary for me. Very disappointed

The car wash appeared to be closed, but there was no signage indicating that it was not in operation or the chain (7:45 pm Monday)I entered my car wash code and noticed the green arrow only blinked once, leading me to believe there was an issue with the code. However, an employee approached me and asked how I got there as the car wash was closed. I explained that there was no signage indicating it was closed, but the employee's behavior made it seem like I was responsible for removing the signage and entering the bay.I had to back up my car all the way. I'm not sure if I can use the code again. The employee said I can, but I'll have to wait and see.

They have new owners or something. The customer service has really gone downhill. I can't prove it because I'm not there but they have ripped my kids off a few times when they go by themselves. Not to mention the prices they have posted are not the same as what comes up on the receipt and they doubles slurpee prices at the beginning of the summer and just upped it again by 10 cents a day didn't change the prices posted. Some of the old staff are still really friendly but all the new staff are grumpy all of the time and love sending out eye rolls.

All good except cleanliness, the washrooms have not had a good clean in a very long time and I believe the store front should swept atleast twice a shift and a mop at the end of each shift. That appears to not be happening here.I am in this store fueling at least every other day and the bathroom sink has had the same appearance for at least the last two weeks.CO-OP is my preferred place to deal and the staff is pretty good, although I think they need to step up the service a bit. I have witnessed on several occasions elderly folks getting propane filled and then set beside their vehicle when, for the ease of customers, they should be lifted in to their vehicle for them.If it is a company policy that staff do not put propane bottles into vehicles, it should be reviewed so that staff is at least asking the customer wants the full bottles lifted into their vehicle.I do not see me taking my business anywhere else, but I would prefer not to see bathrooms and floors that are just given a cursory wipe and that staff ask, and offer, customers if they would like the bottle of propane lifted into their vehicle.Sorry for the length, but I feel these are mandatory in a full service station. Thanks for reading.

Service is not the strong point at this location any longer.I specifically come here to have my tank filled by attendant. No one came out, no other cars at station. Filled my vehicle myself as I would at any other gas station. Coop, you are now like any other station, no advantage to supporting you when your attendance can't simply attend. I can self-serve anywhere at any gas station, and yes, it was at the full serve pumps.. This is the second occurrence of this in three days. At least you're consistent with subpar service this week.

This may be a good carwash, but I didn't get the chance to find out. Before leaving I checked on Google, and the carwash app, both of which indicated the carwash was still open until 10:00pm. However when I got there at 9:35pm the possibility were up, so I went inside and asked if I could still get a carwash since the facility is supposed to be open until 10:00pm. The young men inside said no, because it automatically shuts down at 9:30 pm and they can't turn it back on... Ok, so if thats true, why are the hours of operation 6:00AM to 10:00PM? ?... not buying it!Yes, it's only a carwash, and I can go another time, but that's not the point.

Apparently Co-Op no longer feels the need to honour their advertised specials.

Great gas station with a great wash and propane fill. My only question is, when is the car was actually open?? What are the hours of operation (weather conditions aside)? There have been countless times i've shown up for a wash and it's closed. I've shown up at 7am or before and it's open. Next time I show up after 7:30am on a decent day and it's closed (no maintenance going on or anything like that). Just really inconsistent with when they decide to open up the wash. A bit frustrating to say the least.

I get that things happen, but when your full service person literally soaks the ground, my truck, and themselves with gasoline, you're clearly untrained and literally dangerous. Not even an apology, a "my bad", or an offer to clean up their mess. Pretty sure they were mad I was able to start the pump as normal after their failure...The whole truck would probably explode if I lit a cig(good thing I don't smoke).I hope you used absorbent because that was a considerable amount of fuel I paid for on the ground.Made for a rather unintentional yet still sick poweslide with the amount of fuel on my tires....

Need to educate staff one employee does not know his job when multiple times this week we have stopped by to have propane tanks filled, said employee could not find what he was looking for after 30min we got fed up and left.
