“Everytime I go in here they are always so nice ... Today June 17,2021 I went in right at 10 . I had my two girls with me 6&3 . My 6 yr old is mask exzempt but tried to wear one the employee ( I'm so sorry I can't remember your name) you were the only one in was so nice to us and her. When it came time to check out she had seen the my oldest who's globally and Interlectual delayed starting to get restless , and she seen that I was trying to rangle my 3 yr old so she let my daughter hold the bag for the clothes to go into. “I wandered in to grab some cargo pants and also grabbed a yeti coffe mug. I went to use a couple of old gift cards and one of the cards was not working because it was a couple years old.
The manager jumped on the phone right away and took care of business, got my cards honored and it was all resolved in mimutes.

“Went shopping at Marks in Ft. Saskatchewan on Monday Nov. 18 in the evening. My husband was looking for some welding boots for work. There was a very pleasant lady named Val who helped us out. She was GREAT!!!!! Even upsold us some heat socks and insoles. She was so nice that we wanted to buy from her. 10/10 customer service. Your establishment is very lucky to have her as your employee. Please thank her again from us and will definitely shop at this location again just because of Val. Great job!!!!!”
