Been going to AbEx Pharmacy for over 3+ years now. Great customer service and Dara always has a smile on her face when you greet her. My medication is always on time and have never experienced any issues. Low traffic area, easily located with ample parking. They care for you, rather than most places, that just want take care of you and get you out. It’s the attention to detail and the little things that make someone like myself come back consistently.

Booked appointment for COVID vaccine, arrived on time, waited in a overcrowded entrance way, witnessed the one worker inject approximately 20 vaccines in 15 minutes many of which did not have proper appointments, 14 people in line handful with verified appointment times, only employee on staff refused to honour appointments, he confirmed it is not because he doesn’t have vaccine, simply because he did not want to, employee was asked for his name and pharmacist registration number, which is required to be shared as per alberta college of pharmacists, he refused to give anyone the info, people receiving vaccines where being shuffled out of the facility as fast as he could inject them no monitoring for adverse effects was happening, no washing of hands between clients or use of gloves zero social distancing or following of building capacity limits, would never return and will be filing formal complaints with both AHS and the college of pharmacists

I had an appointment set up for a vaccine. I drove from out of town. They weren't open and the posted hours on the door indicated they should have been open. Tried the phone number posted on the building, that didn't even get me a suitable voicemail to leave a complaint for wasting my time and gas!

Hands down the best pharmacy in our city. Dalia and her staff are the best. Prescriptions are filled when they are due for refill without having to phone. If you need something prescribed, they do that too, especially if you cannot get into see your doctor. Dalia and her pharmacists know a lot more about the medications than the doctors who prescribe them. They make sure you knkw about what the medication does, and if it will react with something else. Getting vaccines is super easy, made an appointment with a phone call. If there is something we need and it's not in stock, she orders it and by the next day it's there. My whole family is treated like royalty.

Absolutely love this pharmacy! The pharmacist is so helpful and knowledgeable. My prescriptions are filled fast and on time when promised. The staff is also very friendly and it’s a great place to get any immunizations! My husband, daughter and I all go this pharmacy for all our prescription needs!

Booked a covid booster shot. Arrived to pharmacy and nobody was at the counter. 5 other people were standing around also to get a booster. Nkbidy k ew what was going on. Guy announces no more vaccines and they are closed. Everyone leaves angry and without any booster. Complete waste of time

Staff openly does not wear a mask. Had issues with Covid vaccine booking resulting a multiple people getting turned away. I wish they would put more effort in providing critical health services.

Booked a vaccination appointment online stating my first two doses were Pfizer and I want my booster to be as well. Had my appointment booked and when I got there I was told they did not have any.

Very disorganized team. The place is a mess. I went for my appointment time for my vaccine and was denied saying they don't have enough. Why was I able to make the appointment then?

Booked an appointment to get my vaccine, no heads up or anything they weren't open. To the business owner: if you don't intend to provide immunizations out of your limited window, don't let people book appointments outside of those times.Absolutely wasted my time, and now I need to wait even longer to get my vaccine. Innocent people trying to do the right thing shouldn't be affected by your laziness.

Giving 2 and not 1 because they might be very good at being pharmacists in other regards but I was just frustrated trying to get my covid booster. I was able to book a booster online but I still called up about 10 times before the appointment to check if they have any but no one answered. Took a gamble and went to the appointment and there were no vaccines there. They acted like I was d*** for daring to assume there would be vaccines at the *vaccine appointment*. Maybe try cancelling the appointments if you don’t have any or answer your phone.

On December 21st I booked an appointment through AHS for my booster on December 27th. Get there on the 27th and found out the pharmacy is closed. There was no communication that the pharmacy was going to be closed on this day. There should have been better communication with AHS or even the customers.Edit to add after response: I appreciate that you updated all of your info, but as someone who does not frequent your pharmacy, that doesn't help. Other pharmacies have been able to plan ahead and cancel appointments, so how is it that you were not able? Your staff deserve the time off, sure. But I belive there was more that could have been done to prevent this.
