Ricky Sharma is by far the best representative I've dealt with at any dealership in 20 years. We can't expect perfect people to do a perfect job, but what stands apart here at Davis Dealerships is the way in which mistakes are dealt with. These guys work hard for earning your trust and when mistakes happen they really do go over and above to make sure they take care of you and you're fully satisfied in the end. Ricky Sharma is a stand up fellow who deserves your trust and respect for all of Davis Dealerships. I brought my truck in to check a loud wheel bearing. Specifically said not to inspect truck further than wheel bearing as I’m going to my regular shop. When the wheel bearing turned up fine at that moment they dug into the truck against my instruction. I walked into the shop and the tech was ripping apart and hammering on my custom exhaust saying it needed fixing.The second time I went there was for a recall by dodge to the fuel filter housing. They said it would be 45min job. 4 hrs later they had my truck back to me and the following week their work had failed and I was leaking fuel.I’ll never go there again

Brought my truck into dealership & from the start, shop manager listened to the issues to which turned out to be a major engine repair. Quick to fix the truck & kept me in the loop at all times. Thanks so much to the service adviser, Jake & all your staff for helping.

Shady dealership. They ripped my girlfriend off. Very unprofessional, they don’t care about their customers & will try and scam you & they lie constantly. Their mechanics know absolutely nothing about fixing vehicles & the service manger is very rude & hard to talk to. Avoid these guys & make the drive to Lethbridge.

The best customer service I've had from any dealership, ever. Worth the drive from lethbridge, or really anywhere. Both when I'm in for routine oil changes and when I've had issues with my car, they take such good care. Always going above and beyond for their customers. 10/10

Colin and Dave found me the perfect truck and gave me an amazing deal. They worked with me to make it work out with me being on a time crunch, which was a massive help. The truck originally had an issue but they gave me a loaner vehicle as i live and work in BC so I could drive back home, which allowed me to get to work. They got it fixed up and delivered it to me the next day. They provided great service and did their best to provide me with everything I needed. Thanks again for everything, I highly recommend if your in need of a vehicle, go here!

great staff and no disappointment like lethbridge Dodge. Got in quick and diagnosed and while the news was not the best at least I knew is 30 minutes. Not a day and a half of vehicle sitting there and nothing getting done. Worth the drive up to avoid the lethbridge dodge by McDonald's north.

Colin and Dave were amazing! First my husband bought a new Ram and the experience was so great I went back a few weeks later and got a Durango. There was no hidden fees on the bill of sale they were honest and they had no problems with giving us the Teck discount. Also the service department has always been so great with my husband and his previous Rams. I definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Dodge, Ram or Jeep! And I also highly recommend their service department for all your service needs.

Very tempted to make the 2 hour drive from Calgary to continue to use this dealership. Fast,Efficient & friendly. Never once felt like I was being taken advantage of and did MORE than needed to assist with my vehicle repairs.We need more dealerships like this in the bigger cities.Big thanks to Craig in service!

Thank you for the exceptional service provided to my daughter on her first car buying experience. Mr. Blanchard found just the right fit. It’s nice to know there are salesmen with integrity and patience with first time buyers, especially when being a woman.
