Friendly atmosphere everytime I visit here, plus sign up for there memberships and enjoy great savings. My usual stop and grab plave for anything vape. Plus wide selections on devices and ejuice.

This is my main. I used to live beside it and went often. Moved further away but I do not go anywhere else now. If you’re new to vaping and want some good lead, go during the weekdays. You’ll catch the best person to help you. She’s a great energy! Prices are good with the discount too.

Terrible customer service, business hours state open and yet staff has left “back in 15” sign for the last 2 hours. Vape time down the street is much better

First time visit. The place is a bore and the guy behind the counter was a bore too.One word answers to my questions, and no insight on any product. Seemed more interested in his device than repeat business.

I bought a dab pen and went in to buy new coils cause online it said that I can find them at zen vape. I got my coils but in all honestly the Customer service wasn’t that great. The guy behind the counter seemed to not care about what I was there for, had a chip on his shoulder and wasn’t too understanding. When I go to vape stores and hemp shops customer service and friendliness is key. Zen vape has to work on their customer service, friendliness and attitude towards their customers before I will be back there

I spent about $80 worth of Flavored disposable Vapes for my husbands Birthday... I made sure to ask the worker if the ones I was interested in had any menthol taste and he said “no they shouldn’t” so I went off and bought like 6-7 of them all different flavors and when he opened his gift.. he tried all of them and every last one had a mint/menthol kick To the lungs. NOT IPRESSED to say the least. If that wasn’t bad enough, the guy (heavyset Asian Dude) seemed Miserable from start to finish, not even a “hey” after waiting for him to come out of the back, I felt like I was a inconvenience to him, maybe I came at a bad time like during a meal or something??not helpful with questions, clearly not happy to be doing any kind of movement period, answers to my questions were short, and non-explanatory (ya/no kinda thing) I guess everyone has bad days but you just don’t treat somebody there to give you $ like that... I was only in there for like 5-6 min and DEFINITELY would have bought more had I felt like my patronage meant something to this...”person”That was my first & last experience for Zen.

I think the person who recently gave this place 1 star was more focused on his race. This is the only shop in the area that will make sure they always have stock in juice I like. Expecting someone to know everything is a little too "Karen" to me.

I've been using from this shop now for the past year or more and Lewis one of the employees here has always taken very good care of my vaping needs and wants. He recommends fantastic juice choices and if I'm not sure about a mod or tank he clearly explains everything it can and cannot do. If you're looking for a good vape store Zen is where you want to be
