I would highly recommend WOW at WEM. I was having a horrible day and needed to buy a new phone. Shib and Steve were extremely helpful and patient while talking me through all my options. They were able to get me set up with a new phone and plan to suit my needs and even save me some money. Definitely worth talking to this place before buying anything from your provider :)

I am extremely happy with service I got today by Maha- shiv ( the two guys) they helped me to change my phone plan which i couldn’t get it done despite of making multiple phone calls to fido.I am so happy that they did it despite of them knowing I wasn’t even gonna buy any new device. These people genuinely care for customers.
