Let me just begin with I do not leave bad reviews. It takes a lot for me to do this (1st out of 30+ reviews). Now that's out of the way, let's carry on: We bought our hot tub 1.5 years ago. They were wonderful to deal with at that time. Threw in a bunch of things and a massage chair as per the promo! My husband was gung ho about the chair but I was most concerned with the warranty and that ended up determining where we got our tub from. They promised a great warranty was in place. Now this may be my fault as I didn't ask him to state each point of the warranty but working at a mechanical company myself that also offers a warranty on equipment for homes, I trusted it would be self-explanatory when they say parts, labour and workmanship covered for ____ time. SO!! 1 year later, we noticed rust coming out of the waterfall. contacted World of Spas and the warranty guy is on holidays... cool. No callback. Called a couple of times with nothing done. Going on 1.5 years now, called and was told to fill out an online form. Yes! Absolutely! Let's get this figured out. Filled out the form with details as by this time, we noticed rust not only from the fountain but now coming from one of our speakers! They phoned back within 24 hours of us submitting the form, awesome! They told us 'it's our fault' for not airing the tub every 7 days?? um.. what? What even is this? No one said anything about airing our tub out... or whatever. We keep it clean with weekly chemicals and take care of it, probably use it every 1-2 weeks so it's not like we leave it unattended for long periods and this is 'our fault' that rust is coming from the tub after ONLY 1.5 years?? Spending 20k on a new tub, I thought we would have gotten better customer service or AT LEAST a better explanation of what the heck they're talking about and why they can't cover this under warranty. BEWARE!!!! They are great when you're buying or getting it delivered/installed.. after that, they show the true lack of Customer service and over-the-top carelessness. Will not ever purchase from them again, nor will I recommend them to friends, family, acquaintances, or even strangers online...If I hear someone talking about it in the streets, I'll be sure to say my two bits. I hope this helps you decide where you are buying from.

Bought the Twilight tub back in August 2022. It was delivered the very end of Sept/ beginning of October. Set up was done right quick and the delivery guys were gone within a couple hours. Not bad for being 3 hours outside of the city. No issues whatsoever. What’s even better? They had a drawing for a massage chair and guess what??? We won!!! Nothing better than to sit in the hot tub for a while then sitting in the massage chair afterwards. We thought for sure that the ‘honeymoon phase’ would go away and that we wouldn’t use the tub as much as time marched on. Nope. We are in it almost every night still. Even when it’s -30C.Our only complaint… we should have bought one sooner.

Went in looking for parts for my Dynasty hot tub, there was someone at parts counter one his phone with his feet on the desk that would not make eye contact, a sign on the desk said to go to the main counter where someone on a computer was just as helpful. I then went over to where 3 or 4 sales people were gathered and asked if I could get parts, he answered no, not really. I asked why they are open to sell a product but not to offer parts or service fore it. answering the question he asked for my last name, I mentioned that my hot tub was not under my name, the employee then said I had my answer, I didn't buy it from them. Not 1 person even got off their chair. Both Beachcombers and Koko Beach helped me with the parts I needed.

Beware! They take your money and do not provide the product you paid for. This has been a horrible experience. K-days in july, we put a $2000.00 deposit down on a cozy pro xl. They estimated 4-6 weeks for delivery.By middle of September they said all hot tubs made in that production line failed the QA because of the tub/fiberglass. And we were told we couldn't get our deposit back. So they gave use a temporary USED loaner...it was not the cozy pro xl tho. Just the cozy pro old model. They said ours (new production) will come end of October/ beginning of November.NOPE.Mid November they said this batch didn't pass the QA either...something about the LEDs. But we should be getting a call in a day or 2.NOPE!NOW 3rd Batch they say will be December 22nd. And we would have it before the new year.I am taking this with a grain salt. Because it's very clear they are lying for whatever reason. We chose to do financing, and that approval expires 6 months after we were initially approved. That expiry date is approaching. They may have been a good company in the past. But I think their business practices now is sketchy.Looking at other reviews...we are not the only one....Currently very dissatisfied

Walked in to this company and needless to say I won’t ever be coming back. First thing I noticed was that not one hot tub had a price on it…..not sure how that’s possible?? How am I supposed to get an idea what I am going to spend if they don’t advertise a price. Secondly, when I spoke with a rep, he couldn’t answer any of my questions regarding the size of the pumps or heater? I wanted to do my diligence on certain things but he couldn’t answer most questions I had…..he just kept trying to show me their most expensive tub and not ask me what I was looking for. Great way to lose a potential client. When I asked for a brochure on his tubs he told me to just put a deposit down to lock in their promotion and we can worry about the proper tub later…….again EXCUSE ME?? Why wouldI ever give money to company that first and foremost can’t answer my questions and secondly hasn’t asked me once what I was looking for in a tub? Clearly this company is just focused on getting money and not actually helping the customer with their concerns. It make senses reading the last two reviews why he was asking for money and not wanting to answer my questions. If I needed to cancel they will threaten me with legal action!!! BUYER BEWARE!The worst part of this whole experience was that this representative I was talking to chased me all the way to my car trying to get money from me. Clearly a desperate attempt to make commission.I went down the road to another company and was happily met by a couple of great guys who were happy to answer all my questions and we found the perfect tub for my needs!!Do your research folks and stay away from this used car lot for hot tubs!!

STAY AWAY!!! WORST SPA COMPANY EVER!! Do not fall for their tactics and seemingly nice/convincing people. GO and see ANY other SPA COMPANY. After putting a deposit down on a tub and realizing that we would not be able to purchase the tub, the “finance manager” claimed we would not get our deposit back because the warranty has already been registered in our name, and that now he has to sell it as a “used” tub with no warranty. We were threatened to be taken to collections without actually signing and payment paperwork. There is zero care about your family. They will not return calls or be honest.

Buyer beware story. A deposit was placed on a hot tub for $500 with World of Spa’s 3 weeks ago. We unfortunately found issues with our house that caused us to take out financing to fix and are not able to get financing for this tub.World of Spas has been the horrendous to deal with. We have asked for our deposit back and deal to be done. Deposits in Alberta are refundable and no one should be forced to put themselves into a bankruptcy situation because we literally can’t take this tub. We have been threaded with collections, told we have to pay the total amount. Stay far away from this unethical dealer.
