Drove into Edmonton on weekend to buy corks and wanted to use my points to do so. They have a list behind the cashier for items you can use your points for, that is not accessable to customers, I could not read what was on it. I was told that corks are not on the list. They have thus lost a longtime customer, since I will not be going back. Poor customer service.

I'm brand new to brewing and went in to get some supplies yesterday and received exceptional service and advice. The gentleman who helped me was clearly passionate about brewing and was happy to take his time to share his knowledge and experience with me.
