I’ll would like to share a very bad experience at the Winners store on 137 Av close to Leon’s. I found a pair a boots on the clarence department with a price label of $39.99 from $49.99. I tried them on and decided to buy them. When I got to the cash register the cashier realized they were wrongly label size 8 when one was size 8 1/2. They found the right matching sizes in the back; it seems one of the staff wrongly label them. When I tried to pay they didn’t want to respect the clarence price but I have to pay the full price of $99.99. The 2 store managers I explained the situation to didn’t recognize the clarence price arguing that someone made a mistake in pricing. What a shameful explanation! Winners store should hire qualified people that know how to treat clients and not lie thru their teeth. When a mistake is made by them they should accept it as a mistake and respect the price posted.

Based only on the change rooms. What a mess not even busy and 2 rooms had hangers all over the floor, bench and hanging on hooks. Will writing this review make things better for these change rooms?
