This is by far my favourite goodwill in the city. Merchandise is all marked with tags, and the store itself is kept clean. All prices are based on the product, not the brand name.
My only gripe is that they require backpacks to be put in lockers before shopping/purchasing, so you’ll have to carry all your things to the lockers from the cash deal and pack them at the entrance.

Do not judge people security...
Just cause I dress different for a person in my mid 50s doesn't mean I'm like others but i understand
Honestly their prices are more costly than most other stores sadly as I bought one like that see photo in way better shape at value village less than that price

I've been a loyal customer of this location for three years, and I've always appreciated the clean, organized store and friendly staff. However, today's visit (August 6, 2024, around 1 PM) was completely overshadowed by a terrible encounter with the security guard.
While browsing the kids' section, the guard approached me and pointed to my medium-sized purse, demanding I put it in a locker because it was "too big." I said but this is a purse and I know purses are allowed. I felt extremely humiliated as he accused me of potential shoplifting. To prove I wasn't stealing, I had to open my purse and show him its contents. This was completely uncalled for and embarrassing.
While Heather (an employee) apologized for his behavior, the damage was done. My shopping experience was ruined, and I'm left feeling targeted and discriminated against. I sincerely hope no other customers are subjected to such biased treatment by this security guard.
I hope this review will encourage the store to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect.

Everything is over priced, even on their website it's all over priced junk. Goodwill is no longer a good place to shop at. Definitely won't ever be coming back. They price all Lululemon at $30 and up. And most of it is old or you can find on Poshmark for even less. They do not understand how to actually price used goods they didn't pay for. It's abysmal, and reading through the businesses responses to reviews, it appears they don't actually care about how expensive they are. They don't take responsibility for their poor pricing practices and they don't take responsibility for not actually being educated on how to properly price USED items they DON'T pay for. Not to mention, they take good items that are valuable and sell them on their website instead for even more than the items worth.

WAY TO EXPENSIVE!! I can buy this stuff new for less money.. Ikea, for example, sells brand new drinking glasses for 99¢. And the price of some of the books are a rip off. Even the electronics are overpriced, they are much cheaper at the Southpoint store. I am a 52 year old retired person with $2,000 of disposable income after expenses and all the free time in the world, but I won't be spending another minute or dime at this location.

I don’t quite understand the pricing. Not value for money for some categories given the product quality. On that note, I wanted to buy yoga mats, found two of those but didn’t purchase as the quality wasn’t good. Maybe some stricter quality checks are needed. That being said, I was impressed with how clean and well organized the store was during my recent visit. Kudos for it.

Stop exploiting labour and up charging items that are donated essentially counting out the people that used to rely on you

This store carries a variety of unique donated items for reuse at reasonable prices. They even have a colour coded items that are 50% off everyday.
Today, I found and bought 2 glass items that I will use for a terrarium setting.
Friendly staff and free parking on site.

Thrifting has gone down hill. whenever you find an item that you like you get instant excitement only to see the price tag as exactly what you would pay on eBay. Prices are crazy

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I felt treated like a criminal! I was INSTANTLY treated like a criminal for buying here.
I come here to buy work pants because my are destroyed from working on my knees. From now on I will go to the profit driven Value Village.
OLD REVIEW
A nice and clean store, with a good selection, in a convenient location.

Showed up at 15 minutes to close. The door is locked, but then we get encouraged to go through the exit by the security guard.
Why don’t you just keep the front door open if you still allow people in?
Then we go in to check one section, toys, this security guard follows us, yells at us that we have 9 minutes left and “We SHOULDNT be in this section! It to close to closing and we shouldn’t be in this area.”
Aren’t you open? Don’t you want my money?
We put down the three toys we had as she chased us out of the section that we “weren’t suppose to be in”
9 minutes before closing still mean your open and your security guard needs to understand what retail is. I was treated unfairly because someone has a problem with their job and wnat to take it out on their customers.
She is a problem and until you realize it she will continue to hurt other people and disrespect other people.
