Ordered a new set of tires and had them installed there. GP was my service coordinator. Same thing. Top notch above and beyond service. Outstanding GP, thank you. There was a rebate on the tires and he filled in and submitted for the rebate so i wouldn't have too. Not many would even offer to do that.
Would recommend this dealer, sales and service were top notch.

First of all I don’t normally do many reviews but because I had such a great experience at West Side Acura I felt the need to say something. I had a problem with a tire swap. I was switching my summer tires to winter and the stud on the tire had been stripped so impossible for me to do. I had to drive to Kelowna (snow tires required starting Oct 1st) so on extremely short notice, GP at West Side managed to fit me in. It was a struggle for even the experts to get the tire off. West Side never changed me those hours of service and the effort it took. Thank you G P and the Service Manager, Chris for the best customer service experience I have ever had in the automotive industry. ???

Amazing experience buying a car. Super friendly, great staff, surprisingly low pressure environment. I shopped around before ending up here and I'm so happy I did. We made an appointment with Marty after being referred by a family member and had a car almost minutes later. Even the leasing procedure was a breeze. I honestly can't say enough good things about them - do yourself a favour and stop here on your car quest - the service will knock your socks off.

I and my husband wanted to say a huge thank you, Steve Lam, for making our experience superior. We bought an Acura RDX, it was our first vehicle from a dealership and we got lucky to work with Steve. Everything went smoothly and without any issues. And their customer service is top-notch. Their financial adviser, Joey, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He, of course, offered us extras, because it is part of the job, but wasn't pushy when we said were not interested. Such a big difference after getting our second car from a horrible dealership and being scammed with extras on our bill of sale. We are very happy with the car. We give them our highest recommendation! Thank you for being so cool!!!

Huge shoutout to Brandon and his manager Justin L! Bought my first brand new car from this dealership and it was a great experience. Brandon was super cool, very patient, extremely knowledgable, and let me do multiple test drives to make sure I was choosing the right vehicle. His manager Justin gave me very fair value for a trade in. Highly recommend this dealership and these dudes. 10/10.

I stopped by for an unusual problem, a small leak in the moonroof. GP Went above and beyond, arranged a temporary vehicle on the spot, and had the issue addressed in one day! Excellent service, professional, and supportive staff. Thank you.

This is by far the best dealership I've been to in Edmonton. Marty is amazing. I cant say enough good things about him. He goes above and beyond just selling you a car. He took me on last minute after I had bad experiences elsewhere and he made my car shopping a memorable unforgettable experience.
