Messy disorganized store, busy, but found what we needed. Not enough tellers open and long long lineups at self checkout

I recently had a frustrating experience at this store. I picked up an item from a shelf where it was marked at a specific price. However, at checkout, the item scanned at double the price. I waited for the manager, Angela, to address the issue. Instead of speaking to me first, she went to the aisle to check. It turned out the item was placed on the wrong shelf, and the scanned price was correct.
What made the situation worse was the amount of time I spent—10 minutes waiting for her to verify and another 10 minutes for the issue to be resolved. Despite the mix-up and inconvenience, no discount or compensation was offered.
I hope the store can improve its pricing accuracy and customer service to prevent situations like this in the future.

Huge thank you to the lady at customer service with the gorgeous xl pink and white ombre nails (didn't get her name) she was supper helpful in checking us out after going to two tills where the tap was not working

My wife is an elderly disabled person they do not even help you out with packing the grocery at non self check out where is the costumer services so lazy and the selection sucks lots of import food and if you ask where to find things no one knows a thing worst Wal mart ever

Their check out staff literally stand behind you watching you scan your item, if your that interested in what I buy and if I'm stealing them eliminating the self checkout would be helpful instead of making customers uncomfortable. Definitely not going back!

I met wonderful woman name Keri who’s I believe a manager of hardware department not only helped me exchange some products doesn’t fit for my need but also assist me where else I can find them by looking online on her phone. Thank you Keri for giving me such a great service ? ? ? ? ? ?

So today I went to Walmart looking to purchase a few items and some Electronics there's absolutely no displays of any of the TVs Walmart sells on display at this Walmart asked the staff some technical questions about the specific equipment I was interested in no one could answer any technical questions asked to speak to manager after 10:00 or 15 minutes the manager arrived asked her the same technical questions she could give me no response finally in frustration picked a piece of electronics I wasn't even interested in put it in my car proceeded to the front check out one of the attendants in electronics raised her hands and discussed told me I had to pay there and I had to pay for the rest of my stuff at the front this I refuse to do took my entire cart full of stuff to the front under escort paid for my purchases then could not get the security device off of the TV I purchased no less than six employees trying to get this stupid cable security device off of my television finally somebody took the TV over to so-called customer service I inquired about a discount argued with manager it settled on 10% cuz that's all she give me I would strongly suggest do all your shopping for all your goods anywhere but that Walmart

AVOID THIS WALMART IF POSSIBLE.
I just spent $900, but I never want to come back. This is hands down the worst walmart I have ever gone to. Every single time I'm here there is an issue with the LP. They are tyrants who don't know the first thing to do with loss prevention. The amount of laws they break every time I am here is ridiculous. The dude doesn't know what he is doing and is trying to tell other people what to illegally do. He is a coward and should lose his job.
The only cool people were the young kids that helped me in the aisle and the security lady at the side door.
