Very large Walmart that has pretty much everything. Parking can be a bit tight given how busy it is but getting in and out of the area is not bad.

My favorite Walmart in Edmonton. The staff are friendly and helpful, I've never experienced an issue. Great prices and massive selection, tons of parking and easy access. Only thing missing is a liquor store. It has a groceries and support online ordering and pickup.

First time visiting Canada as an international traveler. Juhi at the self checkout area went above and beyond, helped me with various questions and she was of great help. Really appreciate her efforts - nice to have he at this location!

Unqualified electronics sales people. I was there sep. 19 around 4 pm and grabbed a mouse and asked sales guy there if this can connect to computer without usb dongle. He said no, this won't work in my laptop because all mice must have usb dongle to connect. As i kept asking him if he was sure because i had to buy one to do my work in my laptop, he got mad. As i was leaving I asked him again if he was sure, he said yes, he is sure. So I left the mouse and had to do my work with fingers struggling until morning. but the next day i went to Bestbuy and found the same mouse which in fact was the right one for my laptop.

Worst customer service ! Went there tonight hoping to exchange 2 gift toys that my daughter received for her birthday ( why? Because we already have same toys at home ) and I didn’t have receipts because when got these toys people never left a gift receipt and “Vince “at the customer service wasn’t helpful at all , he wasn’t willing to help , explain in a professional way , RUDE! And with an ‘attitude’ . Way not professional!

Im writing this to express how absolutely disgusted i am in the way i was treated here friday while shopping with my wife. From the time i got to the self checkout to the time i was paid i was approached 3-4 times bye these self checkout cashiers as if i was stealing. Even after i showed them everything was scammed they continued to bug me. To a point i called the lady out on it and told her if i was going to steal i wouldnt have a 425 dollar grocery bill. And then to top it off when i asked if I could pay cash and went to the till lasy then in turn came and started talking to the other one in her language as if i couldnt tell she was talking to me. I spend 4-500 dollars weekly here. Absolutely disgusted.

This place has zero customer service AT customer service and won’t honour the return policy or explain it properly. Purchased an air mattress to use and it deflated before we could even use it because it’s garbage. Then customer service ignores us while waiting for manager but doesn’t tell us that’s what we’re waiting for. Retards.

Very very disappointed in service of walmart. Ordered vacuum cleaner online. And wanted cancelled order online as they had item in store. Had to wait 2 hours just to buy one vacuum cleaner because no one was trying to help and was doing their own thing putting groceries away from carts. Every time asked them they said just wait. Never put negative comment ever for any store. But this one deserves it.

The Walmart as whole satisfactory. The people working in the phone section not so great. The guy wouldn't even sell me a phone because I wouldn't give him my personal info. He was fishing for info that he didn't need to sell me a prepaid phone. Think he was just trying to scam me. So I went to London drugs and got the exact same phone with no problems or personal info that the guy at Walmart was trying to demand. In short Walmart good for food and clothes. Phones and other stuff buyer beware there are workers there trying to steal personal info under the guise of working for the phone companies.

Nelita and Jennifer from the customer service at walmart stony plain have proven that good still exists in the world and these individuals make me wake up everyday with a smile and motivation that there is hope on the world. We lost our gift card and Ms. Nelita was so proactive to remember even though it was 3 days back that they found a gift card. I pray that these people are promoted to the highest position in the organization. Kudos and God bless you Nelita and Jennifer.

I bought apples multiple times but today I continuously found 3rd rotten apple its was so sour don’t buy redlecious apples from walmart I don’t know how old they have in stock.
