Worst sales reps. These members are obviously on commission. Walked and set up an account for a new phone, and got a new contract. HOWEVER, the reps only set the account for 1 phone, because they only had a 1 type in stock, where we needed 2. Was told that they would get a restock in about a week, so we agreed to move forward.
Found the phone we wanted in another location, and when we went to complete the new contracts, we were told that the contract was for 1 phone ONLY, and we had to restart the entire process all over again, for the 2nd phone under the SAME contract!

I consider myself a somewhat calm person. Today Walmart has tested me on many levels. Quick unrelated side note, if you are a parent I beg you please stop letting your kids get the ugly mushroom cut. End the madness, it's a bloody pandemic out there with these sad hair choices. Anyways, Walmart. I was scanning my products and the till said recalled product can't purchase....the first cashier was confused and didn't know what or how this happened so I asked what was recalled and she told me to use a different till...same thing happened. My mistake I was trying to scan fast because of the line up and didn't look what kept coming up as recalled. Second cashier comes, looks at my cart, with zero hesitation pulls out great value waffles and says these have been recalled. So I ask (silly me) why are they still on the shelves?? She replied with they haven't been pulled yet....yeah Sherlock. Walmart do better.

This Walmart has now become a reliable part of my life. Amazing pharmacy team. Great grocery pickup experiences. Best bakery of all northern and west end big box super markets - I don't know why other Walmarts and superstores can't bake like them. Staff seems to be always busy but willing to help you with a smile if you ask for it. A well managed Walmart, certainly.

On hold for 25 minutes just to talk to someone in produce and then I get hung up on. Maybe they need to hire someone to answer the phone.

Security will stop and grab your bags without identifying themselves and the reason for their stop.
It is highly unprofessional to approach someone without seeing the selection and concealment of a product

Had security follow me around the entire shop made me feel very uncomfortable because he was under cover.. When asked he said that they are watching everyone but he was definitely following me all the way until the check out. No real reason was given or an apology. Terrible customer service team and staff. I spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this Walmart every month and I will never shop there ever again!!!

I was just here getting baby formula and I had a Similac cheque in my mother's name. And the person training the staff member on how to process was really snooty to me. I have never been asked for my ID to use one of the cheques just because it was given to me from my mother....
The name is irrelevant. As mom's give these to one another as well when theyre child can't use this formula and needs a different kind. Maybe be kind next time
Wouldnt want you to be treated that way if you were in my shoes.

3 stars because 9/10 times you have the product that I need, plus you open at 7am, however your rollback prices never seem to include what I purchase (cat food/litter) and just in general I don't see very many rollback prices on a fair amount of your product and the discounts really are not that good.

A few days ago, I came to this location and we used the self checkout. While we were doing our thing, a couple of girls were approached by an employee, as they were buying bins and not scanning the items that were inside the bins. The employee politely reminded them to scan all items and even tried to help out. These girls were so incredibly rude to this woman who was just doing her job. Raising their voices, swearing, and just trash talking and being a nuisance in general. The employees remained as calm and respectful as possible and handled the situation very well, I wish I had gotten their names so that I could mention them here. I swear, everyone should be required to work in customer service at some point so that they have a better understanding of how to treat people doing their jobs. Jeez.

Leaving a 1 star review to negate the forced 5 star review by the self checkout attendant in the store on the machine. Would not let us leave until we hit the 5 star review option and, after refusing multiple times, hit the 5 star option herself and walked away. What the hell kind of customer service is that?
*UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 20TH AT 5:54PM*
Once again, the self checkout lady blocked my path to get out until I gave a 5 Star review on the self checkout. If shopping here, always hit the 1 star button. This is ridiculous. The only time they approach you there is to force a review. 0/10 customer service and will not be coming back to this location.
