Went to Albany Portrait Studio for passport pictures. Girl did NOT know what she was doing. They were WAY too big. Had to go back. That second girl very rude and her break was more important. Made me wait an hour. Not at all happy!!

The lady was not sure where the tools were. Took my picture and my email. Still waiting for the digital photos. Don't go there for passport pictures!

I’ll start off by saying the lady that was working there was exceptionally kind and did what she could to make my daughter smile during our photos. Although I feel sorry for her and the atmosphere she has to work in. The back room where the photos are to be taken is dirty and unorganized. Not very inviting at all. The plethora of backgrounds were rolled up - some folded - and placed leaning in the corner, with some bent. It just looked very unprofessional. I thought maybe there would be a book of backgrounds to choose from instead of picking them up off the floor to see what they look like.We are a family of 5 and apparently there weren’t many, if at all, any backgrounds that were big enough to fit us in them. My husband and I had to squeeze in the back with our kids in the front and even with that, when the photos were cropped and ready for print, our arms were partially cut off. Apparently this place is for small families. Unfortunately, we will not return.Again, to the lady that helped us out (she has rainbow hair), you did great and I appreciate you doing what you could to make us happy.

Stopped by Walmart portrait studio for two passport photos. It appeared the employee was about to take a break as she made a comment alluding to it although I couldn’t quite understand everything she said. Was quite shocked when the employee stated the price for the two photos would be $30 plus tax! That is double the price of any other comparable studio. I would not expect these prices from Walmart even if this service is subbed out to a third party which may be the case. Would not recommend this service to anyone and strongly recommend Walmart review its agreement as it is impacting their reputation of being a value oriented organization.

This place is a rip off, 31$ for 2 pictures for passport, and another 31$ for 2 pictures for citizenship, i should have asked for the price first, my mistake didn't ask for the price first so don't do like I did
