Shopped here for years and loved it. I have a lot of stuff consigned with them. Requested an update on what’s sold 11 days ago . I was promised an update 8 days ago and zero response. Very disappointed to see the service change so drastically. Going on 2 weeks and still no response from them. Not sure how I even get all my clothes back as they do not return emails or texts.
Update it’s been 3 weeks and no response.. brutal customer service

Don't waste your time! Better take your stuff to Salvation or Good Will! They'll literally pay you less than the 10% of what they got for your things.
Plus they will take forever!! I have sold in other consignments places before and had way better experiences. Never trusting them again, shopping or selling there!

This company is very shady and unethical. Wrinkled on whyte ave is a MUCH more ethical consignment store and I recommend them for consigning clothing and luxury goods over vintage by blogger armoire. I have shopped at vintage by blogger plenty when they had their previous location and had amazing experiences with Cynthia and Gabby. I have also sent them plenty of business which makes me feel even more disappointed. But I will never ever ever shop here again.
I consigned 9 items with them ( 8 were Aritzia and 1 was a pair of Burberry boots). In the contract it clearly states there’s a $50 admin fee and after 30 days if items are not sold, they can be put on sale without notice which I understood and signed. If my items had all sold at the initial price I saw I would be getting back $270 for reference.
Fast forward to May 26th. I booked an appointment to pick up my cheque for June 9th. June 5th they messaged me and asked to reschedule for June 27-30 which I thought was suspicious but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as prior to this I had only had great experiences here. Then June 29th I go to my appointment and the girl working has no idea where my cheque/left over items are. I message the account and no one answers for hours. They then ask me to come in after July 2. So July 13 I go back to finally try to get my cheque. I was shocked to find out my cheque is $37 after the $50 fee and they told me all my items sold. I thought that surely there was a mistake. Then they changed it to $45. So doing the math, setting my Burberry boots to equal value as the Aritzia I got $5 profit from them…. They told me they sold for $98 which I don’t really believe but it doesn’t matter anyways and I wish they would’ve told me they were being sold for that cheap being that it is a designer item.
I’m just very disappointed with how things are handled here and how their contract is layed out. It seems with all the shuffling around with my appointment they were doing they were trying to get their ducks in a row.
I understand it is outlined in the contract they can put something on sale but how they go about things is slimy and unethical. Wrinkled consignment is very clear and trust worthy and SOOO much more reliable. Take your buisness there instead :(

After reading the reviews, especially about the poor girl who lost her bag, and they actually held it or took it away sounds awful. I will never shop here because of that terrible people I guess.

It was time to get rid of the oldies (but goodies) and make room for the new. Monica and Joel were very welcoming and informative on how the consigning process worked. I really enjoyed how easy and seamless the experience has been so far.

A very uniquely 'brand forward' boutique consignment women's clothing store. Very pricey but you're paying for the brand. Parking is tough in this area (especially free parking) but I did even see electric vehicle parking spots. I would come back just to gawk at the shoes, there were some really stunning unique finds. But also handbags, coats, and jewelry. I so like how items are sorted more according to feel and tones rather than size. It makes it look really aesthetically pleasing.

If I could put no stars I would gladly give no stars they were eager to get me in to get my bag and did not give me a physical copy of the contract to get my bag authenticated and agreed to a negotiation after the authentication process happens. And I was told that there was only going to be a $50 fee if it comes back as unauthentic. Now they are changing $250 to get my bag back or they are going to seaze it. And will not even send me a copy of the contract I signed with these thief's. I warn you do not do business with them.

Found out about this place through their big sister store Blogger Armoire. It's an amazing place to shop for designer goods and reasonably priced basics. I've always been able to find great pieces each time I have stopped in.
