Very friendly staff but a little disappointed girlfriend read the fix stick drift and all generation of Xbox so I assumed that meant controllers too brought a limited edition halo controller to be fixed and was told they couldn’t do it even tho I had the piece to fix it

The service I received from VGRepairs was top notch. Needed to replace a laser on my PS4 and had stick drift fixed on a PS5 controller. The techs are friendly and prices are very reasonable. Worth your time if you need to get gaming console related issues addressed.

My experiencec with the VideoGameRepairs team service was was really, really good. I found out about their repair services online and what they specialize in. So, I sent them my game console. They did a full reinstall on a used Dreamcast I bought online into a new shell I bought for it, along with other special services like a custom cleaning of all the inner components, doing a battery change, installing a new fan, etc...all to make it all look and feel like new. Plus, they tested it out. They care for gamers and it seems they go above the call to accommodate any special gaming repair need. I'm a retro gamer - lately - and I feel like I'm getting back a new gaming console now because I sent it to the right people. Highly recommended! ??

Fantastic experience - extremely friendly, understanding staff, and extremely high level of technical skill. The problem with my console was complex but they stuck with the problem till they had solved it - and they were innovative in solving it as well.
