“Ordered from here for the first time and definitely have no complaints! Easy to navigate website and find what you need quickly. Ordered Thursday night and rec’d Tuesday night in TBay ON. Now that’s impressive! The package label made me giggle ? but I understand why you do it … thank you for that extra bit of security hopefully keeping someone from being immediately inclined to steal it. Did not have to contact customer service but I imagine from the reviews they are outstanding. Was well packaged with no exterior or interior damage. My repeated visits have always been very pleasant. The greating is sincere and very friendly. “Always a pleasure visiting the guys at the vape shop! Since I first came in here and had forgotten my wallet, I have been treated well. In that day the owner says,"don't worry come back and pay tomorrow" I brought him his money that night and have had store credit ever since!!”
“The place used to have good vape juice but it sucks now. The taste is way off Plain disgusting compared to the juice that they made and sold before. It's also as thin as water runs straight through my coils which never happened when they were making it thicker so it didn't pass right through the coils and make a hell of a mess. All they have done is lose a long time customer. I strongly recommend going somewhere else and not waist your time or money at cool vape. Not worth one star but was forced into giving them that one just to warn others. A NEW REVIEW: Things are back they way they used to be. New staff that's friendly and knows what is going on compared to the last pair behind the counter. Main thing is that the vape juice is back to being some of the best.”
