Excellent shop . There is plenty to choose from. Prices are normal. The staff is friendly. If we pass by, we definitely look in, there is always a chance to find something worthy.

This is the worst and most ignorant store I've been too. The service was so rude. I can hear them talk about their customers, unprofessionally. They didnt let my daughter use the washroom but let a street person go in. I don't recommend going to this value village. I love the value village on the Westside and Clareveiw way better! Go there instead! Much cleaner.

One of the most disgusting Value Village locations in Alberta. There is so much garbage and broken merchandise on the shelves. I stood at the self checkout lane with a line building up behind me while only 2/4 checkout lanes were open and the employee standing there couldn’t care less. Won’t be back to this one.

Saw one guy put on 3 pair of sweat pants and three hoodies, one lady and her boyfriend/husband stuffing clothes in their cart, told security and staff and was told they are not allowed to stop them for security reasons. So now it is a “ freee for all” in there for thieves

They wanted $8.99 for a used coffee mug. The prices are reduculas. And no change rooms? No refund only exchange or store credit. I won't be shopping there again

Just ok but it used to be the place to get bargains not so much when they want full retail for a used piece of clothing or other items.

Honestly the sketchy, obviously stealing people made the experience really uncomfortable. I tried to tell the security guard that a woman was stuffing her bag full of stuff, he said "oh, yeah" and let her walk on out too
