Very bad customer service. No position is assigned to anyone. Accusing me for stealing something which was very rude. There should be someone near the fitting room to assist customers but there was no one. Manager says you should call us. Is this our duty to find you guys ?? Never coming to this store again.

Never a dull moment at this locatton. Was here yesterday when ad usual security was called on some guys that were stealing and at the same time a woman yells and screams at the 5 foot nothing cashier who made a simple mistake. Two girls come up and try to calm this woman and she just keeps yelling and casing a scene honestly made me want to drop my stuff and leave
I got excellent service as usual. Can never go wrong with bogo 5 bucks on shorts, don’t see why these hippy folks have to come and yell at people just doing there jobs I see it too much in this city need to appreciate and support your employees more and get real security to stop the crazies I think that’d land you a better rating ?

today was extremely busy yet the customer service i recieved with a cashier genuinely made my night. the deals in the store were also a STEAL!! ? definitely coming back.

I just read a review of a customer named Jessie, I was present there when this happened. The Manager was so calm and patient when she handled the situation. Infact, it was this customer who created a big fuss there. They were just doing their job. I do not know why some people start yelling at retail people.
Just letting you guys know, retail people have a respect too. They just do what they are told to. I myself work in Retail and such scenes just ruin our day!

The staff don't know how to do their job and it took over 10 minutes to do a return that was a problem on their part. Instead of getting an apology I got nothing but attitude and for the store manager to tell me not to yell at her when I was not even yelling
Maybe the staff here should learn how to do their jobs properly & actually listen to a customer when they know what they are talking about
I will no longer ever shop at this location again, this isn't my first issue with this location.

I would like to let you know that today is my second time having a bad experience in the store Urban planet Kingsway mall with the manager, and a cashier. They were really mean with us. Again, it was a second time that we feel that they don’t have a good customer services.
