Great service.
Went In To buy a couple of pictures that were on sale. No stock. My sister bought a wall pic on sale, same sale and again no stock. So we have to wait 2-3 weeks for it to come in. Also I don’t understand why you’re not open at least 1 night per week. People do work and
Are rushed to shop.

Please ask for Mariana at Skyview Urban Barn! Mariana at this Urban Barn location was a pleasure to work with. Since we were in the middle of renovations, she has spent the last year dealing with my wife on our furniture purchase. We finally decided to purchase 2 of the Adley Sofas in Eden Lace color and made the purchase with Mariana. She even reached out to my wife afterwards and asked how the experience was and asked if we needed anything else. Talk about superb customer service and also an excellent team oriented attitude with her colleagues. Mariana is a true professional and very knowledgeable in her field. She is patient and really cares about you getting the right product for you in the end. She was able to help us each time we walked in and even tried to keep our kids busy with coloring activities. With such a talented patient individual, my advice is to go speak to her specifically even if you don’t plan on buying from Urban Barn. Please ask for Mariana at Skyview Urban Barn! Overall very positive experience with this purchase at Urban Barn.

I was recently at Skyview Urban Barn looking for curtain panels for two rooms. Krista E. provided exceptional customer service, outlined my options and gave me her stylish recommendations. She also located the numerous panels I required from several other locations where they were set aside waiting for me making the entire experience smooth and hassle free. The curtains look beautiful in my rooms.

I was recently at Urban Barn looking for a specific item. The item I was looking for was a wooden dining chair with arms. I only needed to find one chair (with arms) to strengthen my core after my total knee replacement surgery. Rashda suggested one particular chair that was in store but it would've taken a few weeks to get it to me because I needed to have it ready before my surgery date.She then suggested that I go to the Urban Barn at the Mayfield Common location. She told me about their "As Is" area. I did make my way out to Mayfield and did not find what I needed in the store. There was two salespeople at the front counter and the male was really listening to what my needs were. He suggested that I should check out HomeSense or Jysk. I found exactly what I needed at HomeSense.I wanted Management to know that if it hadn't been for Rashda to make that recommendation in the first place I wouldn't have known about Urban Barn's 'As Is' section. Urban Barn has great deals, great service, and really great pieces that would any customers' needs!

I usually love Urban Barn, I still love all the furniture and decor as it’s high quality but the customer service is lacking.I went there on Sunday to buy a duvet and did not know for sure if it would feel to rough so I thought I would buy it and take it home to see. Through out the time I was there I was never told prices with 97 at the end was final sale. The assistant manager Michael was very busy and distracted dealing with late employees and even to ring the purchase through. When I went back today he insisted he said it was final sale but I do not recall him saying this. Otherwise I would have held off on it. I am very disappointed with the customer service. They need to put this on the receipt or on the price tag so people can be aware.I was planning to redecorate my living room and dining room with Urban Barn but the interaction left such a bad taste in my mouth( probably because when I was younger I was in retail and always was transparent). Now I will consider spending my money elsewhere.

It’s always a pleasure to shop at Urban Barn Skyview Power Centre. Lots of selection and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Love my new bedroom decor and getting it at 20% off was even better!

I originally went to the Mayfield location as it is closer for me, but I had exceptional service from all the staff at Skyview. Not only did they efficiently help me with my purchase, the gentleman was very friendly and chatted with me while my coffee tables were being wrapped. I will be back.
