My go to place for active wear. Medium size store. Very organized and neat and clean. Many products are on sale. I wanted to buy one sale item but didn’t find the size for me. Staffs tried to find for me too. May items are on sale. Very good customer service. Close to food court of this mall. There are parking available in mall parking lot including accessible parking. Highly recommend to try this store.

I was at the store yesterday to get some shopping done, and when I was at the checkout I witnessed the tail end of an interaction wherein a man and his wife were getting quite aggressive with the gentleman at the register. The manager eventually stepped in and took over in an attempt to deescalate the situation which was sadly to no avail as the couple was unjustifiably irate. The man eventually finished his transaction and left but not before being obscenely rude to the manager.I didn’t catch the young woman’s name (the manager), but I wanted to ensure that she received some recognition on her composure and positivity during that whole encounter as it was noticed by everyone else around. Her professionalism and unwavering support for her team was great to see in the face of this pathetic excuse of a human attempting to bully her and her staff.Lastly, I hope that the company has resources and policies in place that empower their employees to have these types of individuals removed from the store. No one should have to show up to work and be berated and bullied for simply doing their job. The store was absolutely packed, every register was going, and the lineup was huge. The whole team did great!

Terrible experience. Store was quiet so I walked up to cash to pay for an item and got told to get in line when nobody was in line waiting but girl at cash who was free told me to go walk around into the line or else she would not cash me out. Power trip girl lost a sale from me. Obviously if someone was waiting in line I would have waited patiently for my turn to pay. Even another customer thought this was ridiculous treatment. Will second guess returning to this location.

Great store with good deals! Staff is quite helpful and management also steps in to go above and beyond.I would appreciate slightly more cleaning and organization of clothing for easier browsing (I know most of this is due to messy customers, but more upkeep is required).Will always be coming back here no matter what

Extremely rude over the phone female agent. She has no clue of customer service and doesn't want to repeat . When I asked for her name, she hung up on me. Called again and she did the same. Try under armour at West Edmonton Mall. People are helpful there.

It was not good customer service girl was over the counter her behaviour was rood. We did the shopping around 500. Girl was not clarifying the deals . Even she left a security tag on a shirt that we bought for my son which he was wearing next for a party. Now we need go about 50km to remove that tag

Phoned them to check first if an online purchased pair of shoes can be returned at their store, for which they said yes. Once I went there, they said that I could not return the item because of my method of payment. Wasted an hour of my time because of the sales representative’s misinformation.

They have great selection and sales on top of the outlet prices. Almost everything I bought was an ADDITIONAL 40% - 60% off. They also currently have an additional 10% off for nurses, army and teachers. Sometimes there are special events that have this extra percentage being upped to 20% like last weekend.

really great store and great prices, but the very nice guy working the till was so patient and relaxed with me while he helped me order in a color that they didn't have in my size :) i wish i caught his name but i would go back again just because of his great service ☺️

As advertised the store has everything you want from under armor. It is a little bit pricey so it loses a star that way. Actually quite a bit pricier then I expected. However the store is nice, the selection of their products is nice, And it's in a good spot in the mall.
