These guys need to learn to answer the phone, even if "they have a problem with the system" so that the customer knows he shouldn't go to this store

I have been to this store a few times over the last 2 days and was assisted by 3 different staff members, all of which were friendly and helpful. Management has chosen good quality staff and Under Armor makes good quality clothing... its a wonderful combination that will keep any business going.

They don't price match. They had a size shoe sport Chek was sold out of. Sportchek had it on sale for 25% off. So I ordered it and will wait the 2 days. Very poor policy given the proximity of the competition. I'd advise to always check the other stores in the mall for UA gear, they will match prices or beat them.

I would give under armour brand itself as 5 stars but because of staffs training I am giving 3 stars.
Manager told me I can order different size shoes that is on sale, which I have done. However, when I go back tried with other staffs I was told no. inconsistencies which I missed out on ordering two pair of shoes.

This is definitely my go-to place now for fitness wear. The staff go above and beyond to help you. Extremely knowledgeable about their products. They also have a nice collection of things. Different from other stores for styles. I will definitely be returning.They also offer first responder a discount!

great store but there was an older male associate that tried to touch me while another associate was helping a customer out ..... idk what happened to the younger associates but they had a little more respect.
