Our move from Arizona to Canada went very smoothly at both ends of our journey. Everyone we dealt was courteous and very helpful. They met every date we asked of them. Would definitely use them again but hope we don't have to. Will recommend them to others.Service: Senior moving

Overall it was great experience only one tiny issue was my stuff came 3 days late but customer rep and every one was really good through out the process. my move was international move so some delay was expected.

We used U-Pack for my wife's move from Edmonton Canada to Maryland. I have to say the price was very fair and the employees were very helpful. The company provided all the proper paperwork for crossing the border for you to fill out. Her items arrived within the time frame given to us and everything was intact! We filled about 5 feet of the trailer and picked our stuff up at the terminal in Elkridge,MD. It was super easy and stress free! highly recommend.

I moved from Edmonton Canada to Katy Texas and was very happy that I chose Upack for my move. The team was very professional, responsive, timely and friendly. My materials came to my door step as I packed and loaded and on time. Their move tracking was great. I got text messages for important updates. I could track where my trailer was at any time. I used ABF/Upack for a move from Edmonton to San Diego. The customer service was amazing every time. Rachel Hobbs in Edmonton is the best person to deal with!!!! She was so pleasant and helpful and didn't make me feel dumb when I couldn't fill out the customs forms. She was so great!!! The truck drivers were both nice and willing to help out with questions about the trailers. Overall a great job guys.

From the first call to U-Pack in Edmonton, I was lucky to get Rachel she was extremely patient answered all my questions and on the day of loading she had the trailer upfront and it was swept clean ready for loading. She helped me and my friend secure the items and then reviewed all the paper work required and the shipment left the following day. On arrival in Pacoima, California, Andy had everything ready I paid the freight charges the previous day and the following day the trailer was upfront ready for unloading. It was a smooth move and nothing was damaged while in transit. Keep in mind that Rachel had asked me to throw out any cleaning liquids to avoid my items of having a terrible smell. I would recommend U-Pack for any moves, their people are very helpful and it saves you money BIG TIME. It's a Win-Win situation.
