This store is amazing. The staff are awesome. Prices are great. It's definitely worth a visit!! Hours are amazing!
10-6 Monday to Friday
10-5 Saturdays.

I'm leaving one star because you close at 6:00 p.m. This is way way too early and at the end of the day that's your problem. No one else is.
That's alive. Closes at 10:00 p.m. petsmart closes at 9:00. You should at least stay open till 8:00 or 9:00 p.m..
Totally ridiculous hours.
A lot of people don't get off between 4:00 and 6:00 anyway.
But I guess at the end of the day this is your problem nobody else's.

Has great scissors, great dog sprays I got there peppermint. Love how they have a variety of everything there. Will always come here for my grooming supplies. Great worker's here as well. Always friendly.

My dog has been sick for over a year. Tom and his team have taken so much time and gone above and beyond to help me to get my dog back to himself. With my vet and Tom ‘s help my dog is officially healthy!

After being a 15yr loyal customer they accused me of stealing a 50lb bag of dog food, I demanded the crime date to bring in the receipt and they were totally clueless, it's hard to deal with stupidity, so stay clear of those morons

We've shopped at Trident several times in the past few months at the suggestion of our trainer. Love the friendly atmosphere and the helpful staff. There are so many interesting and unique items as you browse the aisles. I find the prices quite reasonable.Definitely a pet-friendly store, with an adorable well-behaved greeter!If you can't make it to Edmonton, they also have an excellent website and they'll ship to you as well.

Went to get a pair of boots for my pup and brought her in so I could get a good fit. She’s really anxious and shy, but the staff were quick to pick up on this and respected her space and boundaries so well. One employee even offered her a treat and a few minutes later she ate it, which she rarely does unless we are somewhere she knows really well.Huge kudos to all the staff for being so accommodating and patient with miss Lilo.(The boots fit btw, I’d 100% recommend! Pic is our other puppy who we also bought a pair for. They brand is Turtle Stitchworks!).

Seemed as though staff were preoccupied and not necessarily in a space to assist with a new customer. Purchased a blinking dog collar item as a gift, it is not cooperating. Hope to take it back to the store and get some assistance one day. The store is not necessarily in my usual pattern of shopping. It was highly recommended by someone I know.

Great selection of products and great pricing.The staff is very friendly including the VERY large, well mannered dog that calmly greets you upon entering. I assume the owner was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful with answering my questions regarding feeding, health benefits of a raw food diet for my dog!Will be going there going forward to purchase raw dog food as the prices are far more affordable then I’ve been paying purchasing it from a different petstore.
