I found my daughter's grad dress here and we couldn't be happier! If you need a dress for any occasion, I highly recommend going into Très Chic. They have a wide selection of stunning dresses. Faye went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!

We came here for my sister to try on dresses for her wedding, the lady was super nice and very honest! No complaints about her.My complaints are for the male worker. He was making rude comments about previous dresses that my sister loved when we showed what she liked, And was making her feel very uncomfortable.He wasn’t very friendly nor helpful. He made her feel like garbage which you never have a bride feeling while picking a wedding dress.Very disappointed.

Had a great experience buying my wedding dress from here!! They fit me and my entourage in for a short notice appointment for dress shopping and found me the perfect dress! Very calm and efficient enviroment. They were very fast with the alterations. Really appreciated the service. Overall great experience and would recommend!

Came here as a last resort to have my sisters dress altered in a hurry for her graduation and they went above and beyond to get the dress done and help my sister in days and the tailor here was so accommodating and kind towards us. Amazing experience and will be coming back!

i bought my dress from a different store that promised me alterations that i never got. i showed up to trés chic and they helped me immediately and the taylor got my dress done 2 days later. love the way it turned out. love the people! love it love it love it!

As a plus sized bride with less than two months to find a wedding dress I went to a lot of different stores. After traveling five hours to Edmonton, Tres Chic was my last stop and I was treated like a bride worthy of her dream dress! The team made me feel welcome, beautiful and empowered to find the dress I loved. Mario was hilarious and made me feel comfortable instantly with his fun attitude. The confidence Faye embodies is contagious, she will move mountains to ensure her clients are taken care of. She literally would not sell me a dress unless I was in love with it, which I appreciated. There was no pressure to settle (which other stores did try). I was almost ready to give up when Faye pulled a style I hadn’t thought I’d like and BAM, it was the one! By the time I reached the till she was on the phone ordering the right size. My dress arrived within two weeks, and I was back in Edmonton for the weekend. Friday I tried it on, alterations were made, Saturday I tried it on, more alterations and on Sunday I was able to take it home. Mohammad did amazing custom work quickly and created exactly what I wanted. It’s obvious that this team is a well oiled machine, working together seamlessly and creating their customers dreams! Thank you!!

Walked in on Saturday and was helped right away, they’re all so kind and helpful and attentive. I told them my budget and they were great for working within what I was comfortable spending. After looking at a few places I came back here because not only was the dress that they selected for me beautiful but the customer service really stood out to me and I felt very welcomed and they were very honest with me too which I also appreciate!

Staff was absolutely amazing! Went prom dress shopping for my daughter and because she is a little larger than what most dress stores carry it is a little harder to find a dress she likes. After a few stores essentially body shaming my daughter we came here. We explained what had happened at other stores and the lady that helped us was FABULOUS! She listened to what my daughter was looking for and we found the dress! Thank you!

The staff assisting us was so lovely and really knew what suited my neices body type and coloring best. The dresses were very reasonably priced and lovely quality. I would highly recommend for grad shopping.

Rudest. Employee. Ever. This older blond lady was so judgemental. Instead of helping us find a dress for a sweet 16 party, she was rude and condescending.DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. There are half a dozen other stores within 10-20 steps away. If there was a 0 rating, that's what she and the Tres Chic deserve.

This place is amazing! The staff were very friendly and kind. They were ready to answer any questions and were ready to help with anything! Would highly recommend you go in and try on some dresses if you are looking for a dress. The dresses are all beautiful, and there are many different colors and styles to choose from. I went in and got my dress with altercations on the same day, and they came out perfectly! If you are in the area and need a dress, this is the place to go!
