Jack was awesome, genuinely good service. Was stuck stranded in a parking lot, got there within the hour and was quick, efficient and a genuine good guy.

This was the worst experience getting a car towed in my whole life. I told them on the phone what kind of vehicle it was but they sent a deck truck. Not a good choice for a vehicle with electronic shifting and electronic park brake. The operator had no clue what to do and basically skidded the car on to the deck with the winch.
Getting it off was a whole other nightmare......... the operator loosened the winch, tilted the deck and rocked the truck violently to get the car to slide down the tilted deck. Once the back wheels were on the ground, he had me hold the brake on and pulled the truck away, skidding the front wheels the whole way. Very upsetting.

Thieves and absolute liars. DO NOT use them no matter your situation.
1. They gave me 45mins to arrive, but finally arrived over 45mins later than we scheduled. I called several times and he kept lying that he was near. One time I called to ask why the delay, he claimed I'm not the only one.
2.I asked for my car to be boosted, he tried for less than 20seconds and decided to tow it right away. Some cars DO NOT respond to boosting that fast. He just wanted to collect a bigger pay with towing.
3.They gave me a price quote over phone of $155 with GST but when they came, after loading my car to their truck , they asked me to pay $200. He lied that they don't make price arrangements over phone and that the arrangements I made were with someone else. He threatened to take my car to the storage where it would cost me alot more to retrieve the car, until I was forced to pay.
Absolute scammers, they will pretend not to know about these. Attached is proof of their delays on timing.

Locked my keys in my truck and no other company wanted to help. Transformers towing was there within the hour and got my doors unlocked in about 30 seconds! 10/10 service!
