Very disappointed in the product and after sales service I have received.I purchased 4 tires for my truck and 4 tires for my trailerThe truck tires put on my truck were not the tires the manager sold me.He claims the tires he put on were better and the same ones he has on his truck.I took my truck on a highway trip and found vibration from the tires in my steering.I called the store to be told it would be 2 weeks until the can possibly look at balancing the wheels again.Reason being it's snow tire season and very busy.Yes I know that.It was Your shotty workmanship that you can't back up.I guess you have my money.But now I will never use you again nor will I recommend your store !!!

They were very helpful and friendly. They treated my RAM TRUCK with respect. They had seat covers on so they would not get my seat dirty while they repaired my tire . The job was done on time. Apparently they all liked my truck . I received nice comments from all of them . Thank you again for great service.

I'M REALLY SICK OF SCAMMERS, AREN'T YOU?I went to their new location at 1544 23 Ave. on the south side. I only went there because it used to be an OK tired. I had an appointment for 8 a.m. to get my tires swapped over. Everyone else, literally at least 10 people had an 8 a.m. appointment to. I managed to luckily be the first in line.After waiting 45 minutes, I was told "We can't put your winter tires on". I've never heard of such a thing. They said one was a dot 2010 and so I needed 3 new tires. I asked them to show me the law that said you had to replace your tires. They could not...because there is NO SUCH THING! They made this up in order to sell me tires. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS AGAIN! One day, someone will sue them for bait and switch which is a Anti Trust law violation and making up laws that don't exist. Don't waste your time here. I went to a small independant garage the same day, had my tires switched over (they aren't on rims") for $90 and they were done in 40 minutes. Go to NBS Auto on 1533 70th Ave. These guys were really busy and still got me in and out in 40 minutes! I would bet they sell twice as many tires without lying to customers in a day than trail does in a month!

Horrible experience. Go here if you want to be treated like a nuisance. From the moment I arrived I received nothing but attitude from the “manager”. Asked to prepay and was told he did not want to do that because then he would have to try to figure out how to reimburse me if the work was not completed. Pretty standard procedure imo??♂️. Left and had the tire swap/alignment done by Tirecraft on 118 almost $100 cheaper and WAY better service. Won’t be back.

I thought my tire looked a bit low so I stopped in to ask if they would check it, they were happy to do so and even did a quick inspection of my tires, then got me back on my way. Great friendly service!

Trail Tire here in the west end is the best garage to take in your vehicle. They have the best mechanics around. They give you a great rate and it is affordable regarding pricing and are an honest and the most trust worthy very professional

Great, prompt service. Had tires swapped here and had a tire leak repaired. The repair was done asap since I was on a tight schedule with my baby's feeding schedule. Appreciated them fitting me in and doing it so quickly!
